S快速路公司融资新渠道研究

【摘要】:高速公路作为经济发展的重要产物,自上世纪五十年代开始随着欧美国家经济的复苏而应运而生。中国自改革开放以来,国民经济得到了持续快速发展,我国的高速公路建设也如雨后春笋般的迅速发展。1988年,沪嘉高速公路作为我国首条高速公路正式运行通车,随后的20多年中,我国的高速公路事业得到了长足进步,截至2011年末,我国的高速公路总里程已超过8万公里,总里程数仅次于美国,位列世界第二。按照交通运输部规划,,用三到五年的时间加快交通建设任务,在十二五期间力争高速公路里程达到11万公里,基本建成国家高速公路网。 本文以S快速路公司作为案例分析企业,对该企业在近年中出现的融资困境的原因进行深入研究和分析,并参与到S快速路公司在资本市场对新型融资产品的探索、通过资产重组取得境外上市公司的股权进行境外资本市场融资活动、运用高速公路服务区资产进行售后回租方式使沉淀资金的固定资产转化为现金、利用已盈利高速公路项目尝试资产支持商业票据的运作以及通过公司架构调整,成立专门的公司结算中心对集中S高速公路对外贷款资源及对集团资金归集等方式,分析各种新型融资途径在理论、实践上对S快速路公司在资本市场上的改变和影响,从而得出本文结论。
[Abstract]:Highway, as an important product of economic development, began to emerge with the recovery of European and American economies in the 1950s. Since China's reform and opening up, the national economy has been continuously and rapidly developed, and the expressway construction in our country has also been developing rapidly. In 1988, Hu-Jia Expressway was officially opened to traffic as the first expressway in our country. In the following 20 years, the expressway industry of our country has made great progress. Up to the end of 2011, the total mileage of expressway in our country has exceeded 80,000 kilometers, the total mileage is second only to the United States and ranks second in the world. According to the plan of the Ministry of Communications and Transport, it will take three to five years to speed up the traffic construction task, and strive to achieve 110000 kilometers of highway mileage during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and basically build the national highway network. Taking S Expressway Company as a case study enterprise, this paper makes a thorough study and analysis on the causes of the financing difficulties of the company in recent years, and participates in the exploration of new financing products in the capital market of S Expressway Company. Through asset restructuring to obtain shares of overseas listed companies to carry out overseas capital market financing activities, the use of expressway service area assets for after-sale rent-back way so that the fixed assets deposited funds into cash, Using the profitable highway project to try to support the operation of commercial paper and to set up a special company settlement center to centralize the external loan resources of S Expressway and collect the group funds through the adjustment of the company structure. This paper analyzes the change and influence of various new financing ways on the capital market of S Expressway Company in theory and practice, and draws the conclusion of this paper.
