天津港集装箱码头公司泊位规模研究

【摘要】:伴随着世界经济的发展,经济全球化的推进,国际贸易的增长,集装箱运输从无到有,从小到大。加入世贸以后,我国集装箱运输量增速迅猛,我国沿海港口抓住这一发展机遇,加快集装箱码头泊位建设,码头资本和规模急剧扩大。天津港为打造成为面向东北亚、辐射中西亚的集装箱枢纽港,今后必将会大力发展集装箱运输。 伴随集装箱码头公司规模的扩大的同时,产生了两个问题:即现有集装箱码头公司泊位规模是否合适,发展多大规模才合适。这两个问题始终是管理者所关心的事情,一直也是业界争论的焦点。研究港口集装箱码头公司的泊位规模是-项比较复杂的工作,由于各国国情不同、经济发展阶段不同、港口发展水平不同,各国具有不同的泊位规模标准。对天津港集装箱码头公司泊位规模的研究必须充分考虑我国的国情以及天津港的发展实际,从而提出适合天津港目前生产力发展水平的码头泊位规模标准。 本文在吸收国内外已有研究成果基础上,将数据包络分析方法和柯布-道格拉斯函数应用到天津港集装箱码头公司规模效率分析和规模确定研究中,选取泊位长度、桥吊负荷、员工人数作为输入指标,集装箱吞吐量作为输出指标,通过效率比较和建立集装箱码头公司的生产函数,找到天津港集装箱码头公司较优的泊位岸线长度标准。 研究表明:目前天津港集装箱码头公司规模较小,应当扩大规模,码头公司达到规模经济的泊位总长度至少应该超过平均泊位规模1358米;拥有1634米岸线长度的上港集团振东集装箱码头分公司的纯技术效率和规模效率同为有效,该公司利用生产技术,使产出最大化的能力以及产出与投入的比例在同行业中都为较优。建议天津港各集装箱码头公司以管理1600米左右泊位长度为宜。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economy, the advancement of economic globalization and the growth of international trade, container transportation grows from scratch and from small to large. After China's accession to the WTO, the volume of container transportation in China is increasing rapidly. The coastal ports of our country seize this opportunity to speed up the construction of berths for container terminals, and the capital and scale of the terminals expand rapidly. In order to make Tianjin Port a container hub port facing Northeast Asia and radiation in Central and West Asia, it will develop container transportation vigorously in the future. Along with the expansion of container terminal company, there are two problems: whether the berth scale of the existing container terminal company is appropriate and how large the development is. These two issues have always been a matter of concern to managers, and have always been the focus of debate in the industry. It is a complex task to study the berth scale of the port container terminal company. Because of different national conditions, different stages of economic development, different levels of port development, different countries have different standards of berth size. In order to study the berth scale of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Company, we must fully consider the situation of our country and the development reality of Tianjin Port, and put forward the standard of berth scale suitable for the current level of productivity development of Tianjin Port. On the basis of absorbing the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper applies the method of data envelopment analysis and Cobb-Douglas function to the study of scale efficiency analysis and scale determination of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Company. The length of berth and the load of bridge crane are selected. The number of employees is taken as the input index and the container throughput as the output index. By comparing the efficiency and establishing the production function of the container terminal company, the better berth length standard of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Company is found. The research shows that the scale of Tianjin Port Container Terminal Company is small and should be expanded at present. The total length of berth in the terminal company should be at least 1358 meters larger than the average berth scale. The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Zhendong Container Terminal Branch of Shanggang Group, which has a length of 1634 meters coastline, are both effective. The ability to maximize output and the ratio of output to input are better in the same industry. It is suggested that Tianjin Port Container Terminal Company should manage the berth length of about 1600 meters.
