国航股份内蒙古分公司绩效管理体系的研究与改进

【摘要】:中国国际航空股份有限公司作为一家大型国有上市企业,如其他具有悠久历史的国有企业一样,为了适应日趋激烈的市场竞争,正持续经历着组织架构转型和管控模式转变的过程。在这一过程中,构建行之有效的绩效管理体系无疑是将西方先进的管理理论与中国国企的情况结合起来,提升企业的核心竞争力的有效手段,也是每个人力资源工作者都必须认真思考的问题。绩效管理是构建现代企业人力资源管理体系的核心,也是人力资源管理领域中的难点。本文拟从绩效管理入手,通过对国航股份内蒙古分公司引入绩效管理理念,建立绩效管理体系全过程的研究,分析绩效管理在组织整体运营中的重要作用,发现传统国有企业在管理现代化进程中建立绩效管理体系的若干规律,并针对国航股份内蒙古分公司的现状提出针对性的改进设计,供所有正在转型中和希望转型的国有企业参考。 本文主要分为五部分,第一部分为绪论,主要介绍选题的背景、价值、研究的现状,作者的思路和采用的方法等。第二部分为绩效管理理论综述,主要为本文的研究提供理论依据。第三部分为国航内蒙古分公司企业概况及绩效管理存在的问题研究和分析。第四部分是国航内蒙古分公司绩效管理体系的改进设计。第五部分为结语。
[Abstract]:As a large state-owned listed enterprise, China International Aviation Co., Ltd., like other state-owned enterprises with a long history, has adapted to the increasingly fierce market competition. It is going through the process of organizational structure transformation and management mode change. In this process, the construction of effective performance management system is undoubtedly an effective means to combine the western advanced management theory with the situation of Chinese state-owned enterprises, and to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Also is the question which each human resources worker must ponder seriously. Performance management is the core of constructing modern enterprise human resource management system, and it is also a difficult point in the field of human resource management. Starting with the performance management, this paper analyzes the important role of the performance management in the overall operation of the organization by introducing the concept of performance management into the Inner Mongolia Branch of Air China, and establishing the whole process of the performance management system. Some rules of establishing performance management system in the process of management modernization of traditional state-owned enterprises are found, and aiming at the present situation of Inner Mongolia Branch of Air China, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement design. For all the state-owned enterprises in transition and hope to transition reference. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, value, research status, the author's ideas and methods. The second part is a review of performance management theory, which provides the theoretical basis for this study. The third part is the research and analysis of the general situation and performance management of Air China Inner Mongolia Branch. The fourth part is the improvement design of the performance management system of Air China Inner Mongolia Branch. The fifth part is the conclusion.
