天津港X公司设备维护人员优化配置研究

【摘要】:港口是国家对外经济的窗口。港口的发展直接影响到其所在地区的经济发展。天津港位于滨海新区,是滨海新区的对外开发开放的重要窗口。随着近几年国家对滨海新区的一系列优惠扶持,,使其迎来了一个经济发展的高速期。天津港作为新区经济发展的重要一环,近几年也迎来了其发展壮大的时期。天津港以每年近1亿吨的速度,现已发展成为如今年吞吐量超过4亿吨的世界级大港。天津港目前在世界港口中名列第七位。如今,天津港正以成为世界一流企业为目标。 港口设备管理是港口管理工作的重点。如何利用现代管理学的思想提高港口的人员使用效率和设备保养质量是每个港口管理者必须用心思考的问题。本文借鉴国内外维修资源配置方面的研究成果,结合现阶段设备特点,针对维修保养人员的优化配置进行研究。 本文首先分析了X公司目前在设备管理中遇到的人力资源为问题。本文对于这些问题都进行深入的剖析。在人力资源大幅减少的条件下,提出了新的维修保养模式。针对新模式,进行了职位的重新设计和职位表述。为了配合新的模式运行,设计和建立员工甄选体制、员工培训体系、员工绩效管理体系等。其中还利用排队原理对新模式下员工的工作量进行了验证。 该研究工作为港口等其他设备管理单位提供了一种新的维修保养管理模式。该模式可以实现维修保养人员的优化配置,极大地减少企业的人力资源配置。
[Abstract]:The port is the window of the country's foreign economy. The development of the port directly affects the economic development of its area. Tianjin Port is located in Binhai New area, which is an important window for the development and opening of Binhai New area. With a series of preferential support to Binhai New area in recent years, it ushered in a high-speed period of economic development. Tianjin Port as an important part of the economic development of the new area, in recent years also ushered in its growing period. Tianjin Port, with a speed of nearly 100 million tons per year, has become a world-class port with an annual throughput of more than 400 million tons. Tianjin Port is currently ranked seventh in the world port. Now, Tianjin Port is to become a world-class enterprise as the goal. Port equipment management is the focus of port management. How to make use of the thought of modern management to improve the efficiency of personnel and the quality of equipment maintenance is a problem that every port manager must think about carefully. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign maintenance resource allocation and combined with the characteristics of equipment at present, this paper studies the optimal configuration of maintenance personnel. This paper first analyzes the human resource problem that X Company meets in the equipment management at present. This article carries on the thorough analysis to these questions. Under the condition that the human resources are greatly reduced, a new maintenance mode is put forward. According to the new model, the post redesign and job description are carried out. Design and establish employee selection system, employee training system, employee performance management system and so on. It also verifies the workload of the staff in the new mode by using the queuing principle. The research provides a new maintenance management model for port and other equipment management units. This mode can realize the optimal configuration of maintenance personnel and greatly reduce the human resource allocation of enterprises.
