出租车低速行驶费对司机福利的影响研究——基于北京市出租车市场

【摘要】:本文以北京市出租车低速行驶费为研究对象,利用包含车速参数的出租车服务模型,在测定出租车服务单位时间预期利润分布情况的基础上,分析低速行驶费的设置对北京市出租车司机收入及停业行为的影响。研究表明:相比于不收取低速行驶费或不提高高峰时段低速行驶费价格,现行低速行驶费价格和收取方式可使司机获得相同月收入情况下每月少工作7.5-9.5个小时。
[Abstract]:In this paper, taking the low speed taxi fare as the research object, using the taxi service model which includes the speed parameter, on the basis of determining the expected profit distribution of the taxi service unit time, This paper analyzes the effect of low speed driving fee on taxi drivers' income and closure in Beijing. The research shows that compared with not charging low speed driving fee or not increasing the low speed driving fee price in peak period, the current low speed driving fee price and charging method can make the driver work less than 7.5 to 9.5 hours per month under the same monthly income.
