组织支持感与空管安全管理绩效的关联性研究
[Abstract]:The sense of organizational support (Perceived Organizational Support, POS) refers to the staff's overall view that the organization attaches importance to its contribution and its happiness, and it reflects the material and spiritual support provided by the organization to the members of the organization. The work of air traffic safety control is of high risk and high pressure. The results of safety management of air traffic control are mainly reflected by the performance level of safety management of air traffic control, which refers to the performance of safety management of air traffic control in a certain period of time. Comprehensive evaluation of risk events, accident losses and the overall operation of ATC safety management system. Controllers take the important responsibility of safety, their safety behavior directly affects the safety management performance of air traffic control. The sense of organizational support can directly affect the psychological state and working state of the air traffic controllers, thus affect their safety behavior and affect the safety management performance of air traffic control. This paper analyzes the performance, process and form of the effect of organizational support on the safety management performance of air traffic control, and discusses the correlation between the organizational support of controllers and the safety management performance of air traffic control on the basis of empirical analysis. Finally, an organizational support management strategy for the performance of ATC safety management is proposed. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the purpose and significance of the thesis are discussed, and the current situation and technical roadmap of the research on organizational support and safety management performance are also discussed. By defining the concept of organizational support and safety management performance of air traffic control, and analyzing the causal variables, the paper puts forward the mechanism of the influence of organizational support on the safety management performance of air traffic control. On the basis of the conceptual model of the relationship between organizational support and safety management performance of ATC, the empirical analysis is carried out, and the current situation of organizational support and safety performance management of ATC is investigated by questionnaire survey and statistics. According to the statistical results of the scale, the hypothesis is verified by the structural equation model. Finally, an organizational support construction strategy aiming at improving the safety management performance of air traffic control is proposed. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) systematically summarizing the causal variables of organizational support and air traffic control safety management performance; (2) constructing a conceptual model of the correlation between organizational support sense and air traffic management performance. (3) through questionnaire survey and empirical research method of structural equation, the hypothesis test results of the correlation between organizational support and safety management performance of air traffic control are obtained. (4) the mechanism of influence of organizational support on safety management performance of air traffic control is analyzed. And put forward the construction strategy of organizational sense of support for the performance of ATC safety management.
