ZT集团业务市场战略转型研究

【摘要】:为了应对全球经济发展的新潮流,我国国内各行业,尤其是基础建设行业,正积极寻求战略转型升级和转变经济发展方式的新道路。特别是近年来,国家为拉动内需,采取了一系列经济刺激政策,固定资产投资成为推动经济增长的“火车头”,建筑企业因此获得了飞速发展。但我们也要清醒地认识到,这种大规模固定资产投资发展方式的不可持续性,一旦政策调整,投资趋缓,尤其是铁路投融资环境变化等,将对传统铁路建设企业带来巨大考验。面对新的形势和挑战,ZT集团作为中国铁路系统的代表,它必须具有及时调整战略方向的有效策略。 本论文采用案例分析法,运用战略管理理论,以ZT集团战略转型为实例对象,通过对ZT集团的现状及其内外部环境的详细分析,尤其是对其内部资源能力的系统分析,指出了ZT集团所具备的优势、劣势、存在的问题和面临的机遇。在此基础上,从实践的角度并结合战略管理理论,对ZT集团战略转型分析与选择进行了系统而全面的阐述。 最后,本文为ZT集团战略转型,提出了详细的实施措施:(1)注重战略指引,实施超前谋划;(2)注重资源整合,理顺管理关系;(3)注重结构调整,优化产业布局;(4)注重协调发展,延伸产业链条;(5)注重管理提升,创新体制机制;(6)注重文化引领,凝聚转型共识。本文的研究,不仅对ZT集团在新的经济环境下未来的战略发展有着现实的参考意义,而且对国内外其它各铁路系统集团的长期发展和战略性转型提供了理论性支持。
[Abstract]:In order to cope with the new trend of global economic development, China's domestic industries, especially the infrastructure industry, are actively looking for a new way of strategic transformation and upgrading and changing the mode of economic development. Especially in recent years, in order to stimulate domestic demand, the state has adopted a series of economic stimulus policies, fixed asset investment has become a "locomotive" to promote economic growth, and construction enterprises have thus achieved rapid development. But we should also realize clearly that this kind of large-scale fixed assets investment development mode is unsustainable, once the policy adjustment, the investment slows down, especially the railway investment and financing environment change, will bring the huge test to the traditional railway construction enterprise. Facing the new situation and challenge, as the representative of China's railway system, ZZT Group must have an effective strategy to adjust the strategic direction in time. This paper adopts the case analysis method, applies the strategic management theory, takes the strategic transformation of the ZT Group as the example object, through the detailed analysis to the ZT group's present situation and the internal and external environment, especially to its internal resources ability system analysis. The advantages, disadvantages, problems and opportunities of ZT Group are pointed out. On this basis, from the perspective of practice and combined with the theory of strategic management, the analysis and selection of strategic transformation of ZT Group are expounded systematically and comprehensively. Finally, this paper puts forward detailed implementation measures for the strategic transformation of ZT Group: (1) paying attention to strategic guidance, implementing ahead planning, (2) paying attention to resource integration, straightening out management relations, (3) paying attention to structural adjustment and optimizing industrial layout; (4) pay attention to the coordinated development, extend the industrial chain; (5) pay attention to the management promotion, innovate the system mechanism; (6) pay attention to the culture leading, condense the common understanding of the transition. The research in this paper not only has practical reference significance for the future strategic development of ZT Group under the new economic environment, but also provides theoretical support for the long-term development and strategic transformation of other railway system groups at home and abroad.
