DK运输公司绩效管理方案研究

【摘要】:绩效管理是企业经营管理的重要基础,也是企业经营成败的关键因素之一。完善的绩效管理有助于实现组织与员工的双赢。许多企业实施绩效管理后不能达到预期的目的,主要原因在于在绩效管理的实施过程中存在这样或那样的问题 本文的写作是从绩效管理的基础理论分析入手的,简要地阐述了课题的研究背景和意义,对DK运输公司现行管理模式进行了分析。遵循发现问题,分析问题,解决问题的基本思路,重点分析了DK公司现有的绩效考核方案,为DK运输公司重新设计出了一套绩效管理体系。具体有绩效管理实施原则,高层、中层、一般员工绩效管理考核表,,并对新绩效管理方案的实施提出了保障措施。 最后,对全文进行了总结,提出了进一步研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Performance management is an important foundation of enterprise management, and also one of the key factors of success or failure. The perfect performance management is helpful to realize the double-win between the organization and the staff. Many enterprises can not achieve the expected purpose after the implementation of performance management, the main reason is that there are some problems in the implementation of performance management, the writing of this paper is based on the theoretical analysis of performance management. This paper briefly expounds the research background and significance of the subject, and analyzes the current management mode of DK Transportation Company. Following the basic idea of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, this paper analyzes the existing performance appraisal scheme of DK company, and redesigns a set of performance management system for DK transportation company. There are specific performance management implementation principles, high-level, middle-level, general staff performance management evaluation table, and the implementation of the new performance management program put forward security measures. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the direction of further research.
