中外运长航集团与南京港集团战略协同研究
[Abstract]:As a large international modern enterprise group under the direct management of the State Administration and Administration Commission of the State Council, the China long Shipping Group is a large international modern enterprise group with logistics as its core and shipping as its important pillar business. Shipbuilding heavy Industry is one of the most powerful integrated logistics service providers in China. In the shipping field, Sinotrans long distance Shipping Group is the only shipping enterprise in China that can realize the full logistics service of canal, coastal, Yangtze and ocean. In the Yangtze River shipping system, Nanjing Port is an important strategic location and a key node for Sinotrans long distance Shipping Group to develop shipping logistics. In addition, the Nanjing Port Group, based in the Nanjing region and the Yangtze River Basin, has assumed the function of providing logistics services to the northern and surrounding areas of the Yangtze River Delta region. To realize the strategic goal of building a comprehensive modern logistics center in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River also needs the support of Sinotrans long distance Shipping Group. Under this background, this paper firstly makes a comparative analysis of the current development situation of the two groups and the present situation of their logistics resources, in order to seek the fields and opportunities of strategic synergy between the two groups. Then, under the guidance of strategic synergy theory, on the one hand, based on the perspective of value chain theory, the two groups in the coal building materials transport business, iron ore transport business, container transport business, On the other hand, based on the perspective of resource theory, the specific measures of strategic coordination between the two groups in human resources, logistics capacity resources, customer resources and information resources are formulated. Through the implementation of these cooperative measures, the two groups can produce synergy effects such as scale effect, effective allocation of logistics resources, reduction of unit logistics service cost and expansion of business service scope. The acquisition of strategic synergetic effect will ultimately help to realize the "win-win" between the two groups, that is, to promote the Sinotrans Group to achieve a capacity scale of 10 million tons during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, with an annual operating income of 11 billion yuan and an annual profit of 1.5 billion yuan. The asset scale reaches 80 billion yuan, developing into the strategic goal of China's largest integrated logistics service provider with logistics as the core main business, shipping as the important pillar business and shipbuilding heavy industry as the related supporting business. To promote the Nanjing Port to achieve cargo throughput of 140 million tons during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the volume of containers to reach 2.2 million TEU, Group annual operating income of 3.7 billion yuan, annual profits of more than 200 million yuan, Development of the most comprehensive competitiveness of the Yangtze River Basin port management enterprises strategic objectives.
