运城市公路运输与经济发展关系的研究

【摘要】：公路交通作为一个国家的基础性设施、先导性设施,在很大程度上掌控着一个国家经济稳定发展的命脉。因此,一个国家的公路交通的发展水平与国民经济的稳定发展有着及其密切和重要的作用。近些年来随着我国改革开放的进程加速,国民经济和人们的物质文化水平发生了突飞猛进的变化,其变化之大令世人瞩目。公路交通运输作为经济发展的战略重点之一,同时与人民的生活息息相关,人们对公路及交通事业的发展提出了更高的要求。正因如此,正确认识公路交通运输与区域经济发展的关系,使公路交通与经济和社会发展的需要相适应,实现二者相互协调、可持续的发展,才会有力的促进社会经济的发展；所以公路交通运输与区域经济发展如何相互适应,最大效率的发挥两者间的作用,是目前国内外研究的重要课题。本研究为了阐明运城市公路运输与经济发展的相互关系,首先总结了国内外对于公路运输与经济发展的研究概况,分析了公路交通运输与区域经济发展的概念、特点以及相互促进、制约关系及其二者间的相互机制。阐述了两者发展相适应的内涵特征。文章理论联系实际,利用收集的5年内运城市公路建设的基本资料,根据协同学原理和方法,分析了两者间发展的协同关系以及适应性评价测度。并在此基础上,根据层次分析法以及构建DEA模型,计算出运城市公路交通运输与当地经济发展的适应程度,对运城市公路交通与区域经济协调发展进行评价研究。根据所得结果提出适应当地发展的合理建议。本文的研究结果可为政府部门决策提供科学的理论依据,以促进运城市公路与经济二者之间的协调可持续发展,也可为交通运输和区域经济协调发展评价提供有意义的理论指导或参考。
[Abstract]:As a country's basic facilities and leading facilities, highway traffic largely controls the lifeblood of a country's stable economic development. Therefore, the development level of a country's road traffic and the stable development of the national economy have a close and important role. In recent years, with the acceleration of China's reform and opening up process, the national economy and people's material and cultural levels have undergone rapid changes, its changes have attracted worldwide attention. As one of the strategic points of economic development, highway transportation is closely related to people's daily life. People have put forward higher requirements for the development of highway and transportation. Because of this, the correct understanding of the relationship between highway transportation and regional economic development, so that highway traffic and economic and social development needs to adapt to the realization of mutual coordination between the two, sustainable development, will be able to promote the development of social economy; Therefore, how to adapt the highway transportation and regional economic development, and how to maximize the efficiency of the role between the two, is an important research topic at home and abroad. In order to elucidate the relationship between highway transportation and economic development in Yuncheng City, this paper first summarizes the research situation of highway transportation and economic development at home and abroad, and analyzes the concept of highway transportation and regional economic development. Characteristics and mutual promotion, constraints and the mutual mechanism between the two. The connotation characteristics of the two developments are expounded. Based on the basic data of Yuncheng highway construction within 5 years, according to the principle and method of Synergetics, this paper analyzes the synergistic relationship between them and the measure of adaptability evaluation. On this basis, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the construction of DEA model, the adaptability of Yuncheng highway traffic and local economic development is calculated, and the coordinated development of Yuncheng highway traffic and regional economy is evaluated and studied. According to the results, reasonable suggestions for local development are put forward. The research results of this paper can provide a scientific theoretical basis for government decision-making, in order to promote the coordinated and sustainable development between the highway and the economy of Yuncheng City. It can also provide meaningful theoretical guidance or reference for the evaluation of coordinated development of transportation and regional economy.
