共享经济下的管理难题——以共享单车为例

【摘要】:正在2017年第5期《中国科技论坛》的卷首语中,笔者以共享单车为例,列举了具有盈利前景的共享商品的八大特征:特定功能具有剩余,能够被低价分享,流通使用时耗损很小,拥有数量庞大的用户,共享的技术平台逐渐成熟,有保障的用户信用基础,无缝和快速的轻交易,不完善的公共秩序管理。共享商品的这些特征,也将与多方面的管理难题共存(仍以共享单车为例):
[Abstract]:In the first part of the fifth issue of the China Science and Technology Forum in 2017, the author, taking shared bikes as an example, lists the eight characteristics of shared goods with profitable prospects: certain functions are surplus and can be shared at a low price. The usage of circulation is very small, with a large number of users, shared technology platform gradually mature, a secure user credit base, seamless and fast light trading, imperfect public order management. These characteristics of shared goods will also coexist with multiple management challenges (still taking shared bikes as an example):
