中海集装箱运输股份有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的不断推进,跨国经营及国际贸易的迅速增加,集装箱运输业取得了快速的发展,船队规模不断向大型化、专业化、现代化方向发展,航运企业取得了较好的经营效益。 中海集装箱运输股份有限公司主要从事集装箱运输及相关业务的多元化经营企业。中海集运自1997年成立起,经过10年的不懈努力和艰苦奋斗,终于实现了第一个10年跨越式发展,成为全球增长最快的集装箱班轮企业。 目前中海集运所处的战略环境与十年前相比,已发生了重大的变化,全球经济增长趋缓、运力过剩、油价居高不下等将长期存在,航运企业的生存与发展面临着更大的困难与挑战。在此形势下,要想成为行业的领先者,应制定行之有效的企业发展战略。 本文论述了企业战略管理基本理论与集装箱运输的发展历程及趋势,运用PEST模型、五力竞争模型分析中海集运内、外部环境,并用SWOT分析法分析中海集运所面对的竞争优势、劣势、机会与威胁,对中海集运所面临的发展机遇与严峻竞争态势进行了分析与总结,进而提出了中海集运走“大船、大客户、大合作”的企业发展战略,并制定出了实现这一发展战略的相关保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of global economic integration and the rapid increase of transnational operation and international trade, the container transport industry has made rapid development, and the scale of the fleet has continued to develop in the direction of large scale, specialization and modernization. Shipping enterprises have achieved better operating efficiency. China Shipping Container Transportation Co., Ltd. mainly engaged in container transport and related business diversification business. After 10 years of unremitting efforts and hard work, China Shipping has finally achieved the first ten years of leapfrog development and become the fastest growing container liner enterprise in the world. Compared with ten years ago, the strategic environment in which China's shipping gathering and transportation is located has undergone major changes. Global economic growth is slowing, transportation capacity is overcapacity, and oil prices will remain high for a long time. The survival and development of shipping enterprises are facing more difficulties and challenges. In this situation, in order to become the industry leader, we should formulate an effective enterprise development strategy. This paper discusses the basic theory of enterprise strategic management and the development course and trend of container transportation. Using PEST model and five-force competition model, the paper analyzes the internal and external environment of shipping container transportation, and analyzes the competitive advantage of shipping container transportation by SWOT analysis method. Inferiority, opportunity and threat, the development opportunity and severe competition situation faced by China Shipping are analyzed and summarized, and then the enterprise development strategy of "big ship, big customer, big cooperation" is put forward. And has worked out the realization this development strategy the correlation safeguard measure.
