C航运公司美国航线运价报备信息系统分析与设计

【摘要】:在竞争和风险并存的集装箱运输业,必须通过先进的信息技术将风险降到最低,并且必须通过信息技术这一武器参与到市场竞争。信息技术的应用,不仅可以提高企业生产效率,而且可以预测风险、规避风险、降低成本,从而提升企业的综合竞争能力。同时,信息系统的引进和开发是一个循序渐进的过程,需要长期和大量的资金和人力投入。如何在短时期内以最小的投入产生最大的成果是各大航运公司需要研究的课题。 在经过多年的信息技术发展后,多数集装箱运输企业都拥有各自的核心业务操作系统,在此基础上会建立其他的分析和管理系统。但是,由于各个系统都是在各个时间段独立开发、独立运行的,各自都是单独的数据存储,编码规则也不尽相同。这些分散式的信息系统、各自独立的数据管理,导致了数据无法互动,产生了大量的信息孤岛。信息孤岛不但不利于信息共享和统一管理,而且增大了系统维护的难度和工作量,增加了各类硬件软件设施的投入。 因此,在集装箱运输企业的信息化过程中,必须综合考虑和长期规划,做到系统集成、数据共享、减少信息孤岛、降低手工操作环节、提高工作效率、提升企业客户服务水平。 本文提出,在集装箱企业的信息系统建设过程中,必须做到“依存现有系统、支持现有业务”,在现有系统架构的基础上,利用现有业务数据搭建的系统必然能做到与现有业务高度契合,在降低开发成本的同时实现高质量和高效率的系统开发和应用,从而进一步提高企业竞争力。本文通过对某大型航运公司C建立美国航线运价报备系统的分析研究,阐述了这一系统搭建方针的重要性。
[Abstract]:In the container transportation industry where competition and risk coexist, the risk must be minimized through advanced information technology, and must participate in market competition through the weapon of information technology. The application of information technology can not only improve the production efficiency of enterprises, but also predict risks, avoid risks and reduce costs, thus enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, the introduction and development of information system is a gradual process. How to produce the greatest results with minimal input in a short period of time is a subject that the major shipping companies need to study. After years of information technology development, most container transport enterprises have their own core business operating systems, on which other analysis and management systems will be established. However, because each system is developed independently in each time period and runs independently, each system is a separate data storage, and the coding rules are not the same. These decentralized information systems, each independent data management, resulting in data interaction, resulting in a large number of isolated information islands. Information island is not only unfavorable to information sharing and unified management, but also increases the difficulty and workload of system maintenance, and increases the input of all kinds of hardware and software facilities. Therefore, in the information process of container transportation enterprises, it is necessary to consider and plan for a long time, to achieve system integration, data sharing, reduce information isolated island, reduce manual operation links, improve work efficiency, and improve the level of customer service. In this paper, in the process of information system construction of container enterprises, we must "depend on the existing system, support the existing business", on the basis of the existing system architecture, The system built by using the existing business data will be highly compatible with the existing business, and will achieve high quality and high efficiency system development and application while reducing the development cost, thus further improving the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the importance of setting up the policy of a large shipping company C is expounded by analyzing and studying the establishment of the American airline fare report system.
