江西省高速集团绩效管理研究

【摘要】:绩效管理是人力资源管理中的核心部分和关键环节,近年来随着国家整体宏观调控政策向交通等基础设施行业的不断倾斜,江西省高速公路建设规模日益扩大,发展节奏日益加快,业务拓展日益多元化,营运形势日益复杂,使得江西省高速公路投资集团有限责任公司在面临巨大发展机遇的同时,也遭遇着巨大的挑战。如何通过提升江西省高速集团内部绩效管理的质量和水平,从而提升集团员工的工作效率和集团整体管理效率,是目前摆在集团发展中的最为现实的难题。通过对江西高速集团目前绩效管理体制的考察和剖析,结合对现行高速公路整体绩效管理体制的实际调研,并在现代绩效管理理论的基础上,探索出一套符合江西高速集团特点和实际的绩效管理体制,无论对于丰富学界有关绩效管理理论的研究和讨论,还是对于提升江西高速集团管理效率和经济效益,都是有着极为重要的意义。 本文拟通过对于绩效管理理论的重新梳理和分析,从剖析江西高速集团现存绩效管理制度和实施过程中存在的问题及原因着手,运用现代人力资源管理中的绩效管理理念和模式,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的研究方法,对江西高速集团的绩效管理体制进行深度分析,查找存在问题的深层次理论根源,对此进行理论上的系统研究,在此基础上重新构造出一整套更符合江西高速集团发展战略和发展实际的绩效管理考核体系,并对其在实际运行实施过程中可能出现的问题给予了回应,提出了相应的应对措施。
[Abstract]:Performance management is the core part and key link of human resource management. In recent years, with the national macro-control policy to the continuous tilt of infrastructure industry such as transportation, the scale of highway construction in Jiangxi Province is expanding day by day. The pace of development is speeding up, the business expansion is becoming more and more diversified, and the operation situation is becoming more and more complex, which makes Jiangxi Province Expressway Investment Group Co., Ltd. facing enormous development opportunities, but also faces a huge challenge. How to improve the quality and level of the internal performance management of Jiangxi High Speed Group, so as to improve the working efficiency of the staff and the overall management efficiency of the Group is the most realistic problem in the development of the Group at present. Through the investigation and analysis of the current performance management system of Jiangxi High Speed Group, combined with the actual investigation of the current highway overall performance management system, and on the basis of the modern performance management theory, To explore a set of performance management system in line with the characteristics and practice of Jiangxi High Speed Group, not only to enrich the academic research and discussion on performance management theory, but also to improve the efficiency and economic efficiency of Jiangxi High Speed Group. Are of great significance. This paper intends to analyze the performance management theory from the analysis of the existing performance management system of Jiangxi High Speed Group and the problems and reasons in the implementation process. By using the concept and mode of performance management in modern human resource management and the research method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, this paper makes a deep analysis of the performance management system of Jiangxi High Speed Group. Find out the deep theoretical root of the existing problems, carry on the systematic research on this theory, on this basis, construct a whole set of performance management appraisal system which is more in line with the development strategy of Jiangxi High Speed Group and the development of the actual performance management and appraisal system more in line with the development strategy of Jiangxi High Speed Group. The problems that may appear in the process of practical operation are responded, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
