地铁票价及其改革策略探讨——以北京市地铁为例

【摘要】：地铁票价及其改革历来是社会关注的焦点,政府对地铁补贴多少合理,北京市单一低票价是否合理,这些都需要进行充分论证。在此,以北京市地铁为例,充分论述其地铁票价改革,同时围绕准公共产品的双重属性,深入研究地铁票价定价现状及问题,重点探究地铁票价定价机理,并提出相应的票价改革建议。
[Abstract]:The subway ticket price and its reform have always been the focus of attention of the society. The amount of government subsidy to subway is reasonable or not, and whether the single low ticket price in Beijing is reasonable, all of which need to be fully demonstrated. In this paper, taking Beijing metro as an example, the paper fully discusses the reform of subway ticket price, at the same time, focusing on the dual attributes of quasi-public goods, deeply studies the current situation and problems of subway fare pricing, and probes into the pricing mechanism of subway fare. And puts forward the corresponding fare reform proposal.
