快速公交系统在常州交通发展中的应用研究

【摘要】:城市化和工业化是中国实现现代化的重要途径,而城市化和工业化又带动着人口迅速向城市集聚,因此在我国城市化快速推进和工业化更加集聚的进程中,特别是居民拥有车辆比例的不断提高,我国城市和世界上所有城市一样,都面临着越来越大的交通压力,道路拥堵几乎成为城市建设和管理中的难以破解的一个通病和顽症。 为了缓解城市公共交通拥堵,许多城市投入了很多智力和财力,但是随着车辆和道路矛盾的不断加剧,导致常规公交运行越发困难,私家车的增多,公交出行率不断下降,进一步增加了城市有限道路资源的压力。在地下交通尚不具备条件、常规公交又难以为继的情况下,地面快速公共交通系统作为地下交通的“过渡产品”和常规公交的“换代产品”,将在一定程度上解决常规公交挤和慢的问题,有效提高城市公交的吸引力和居民公交出行率,通过提高城市道路资源的利用率来缓解城市交通的拥堵状况。此举对于一个城市的良性运行和居民生活的改善,,都具有重大的现实意义。 本文首先介绍了地面快速公交的概念和构成,并重点对其优缺点和适用条件进行了客观分析,然后引用和剖析了国内外发展地面快速公交的先进经验,以期对我们现阶段进行建设有所借鉴。常州市是一个城市人口在500万左右的工业化城市,在经济发展上取得了令人瞩目的成就,但前几年也曾面临日益严重的城市交通拥堵问题,不仅制约了经济的进一步发展,而且也影响了民生的改善。最近五年多时间里,常州市全力推进以整合城市道路资源、建设地面快速公交为重点的“道路畅通工程”,建成了横贯东西、沟通南北、联结重点城市节点的地面快速公交系统,居民公交出行率成倍增长,城市交通管理跻身全国城市。本文着重对常州市目前的城市公共交通状况进行分析,深入研究常州市发展地面快速公交的必要性和可行性,并从技术和管理服务两大方面,具体论述了常州市快速公交系统的应用和取得的成效。提出了具体的快速公交系统建设的建议。并得出结论,即发展大容量快速公交系统,必将对完善常州的公共交通系统做出积极贡献。希望本文会对常州市和我国其他大中城市公共交通的进一步改善和发展,具有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Urbanization and industrialization are the important ways to realize modernization in China, and urbanization and industrialization drive the population to agglomeration rapidly. Therefore, in the process of rapid urbanization and more agglomeration of industrialization in China, Especially, with the increasing proportion of vehicles owned by residents, cities in our country, like all cities in the world, are facing more and more traffic pressure. Road congestion has become a common problem and stubborn disease in urban construction and management. In order to alleviate the congestion of urban public transport, many cities have invested a lot of intelligence and financial resources, but with the increasing contradiction between vehicles and roads, it is more difficult to operate conventional public transport, and the number of private cars increases and the rate of public transport travel decreases. Further increased the city's limited road resources pressure. In the absence of conditions for underground transportation and the unsustainability of conventional public transport, the ground rapid public transport system is regarded as a "transition product" for underground transportation and a "replacement product" for conventional public transport. To a certain extent, it will solve the problem of regular bus congestion and slow, effectively improve the attraction of urban public transport and public transport travel rate, and improve the utilization of urban road resources to alleviate urban traffic congestion. This is of great practical significance to the healthy operation of a city and the improvement of residents' life. This paper first introduces the concept and constitution of ground bus rapid transit, and analyzes its advantages, disadvantages and applicable conditions objectively, and then quotes and analyzes the advanced experience of developing ground bus rapid transit at home and abroad. With a view to our current stage of construction reference. Changzhou is an industrialized city with a population of about 5 million. It has made remarkable achievements in economic development. However, it has also faced the increasingly serious problem of urban traffic congestion in the past few years, which not only restricts the further development of the economy. It also affects the improvement of people's livelihood. In the past five years or so, Changzhou has made every effort to promote the "road unblocked project", which focuses on integrating urban road resources and building ground bus rapid transit, and has built a crossroads between east and west, connecting the north and the south. With the ground bus rapid transit system which connects the key city nodes, the public transport travel rate of residents is increasing exponentially, and the urban traffic management is among the cities of the whole country. This paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of urban public transport in Changzhou City, and deeply studies the necessity and feasibility of developing ground bus Rapid Transit in Changzhou City, and from the two aspects of technology and management services, The application and effect of Changzhou bus Rapid Transit system are discussed in detail. Some suggestions on the construction of bus rapid transit system are put forward. It is concluded that the development of mass transit rapid transit system will make a positive contribution to the improvement of public transportation system in Changzhou. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the further improvement and development of public transportation in Changzhou and other large and medium-sized cities in China.
