辽宁沿海经济带港口物流与区域经济协同度研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of port logistics industry, the role of port to the regional economy is more and more obvious, and the relationship between port logistics and regional economy is becoming more and more close. Therefore, how to measure the cooperative development relationship between the two, to formulate more reasonable regional and port development planning, and to promote the rapid development of regional economy and port logistics, has become an urgent need to study. Based on the fact that the academic research on the coordinated development of port logistics and regional economy is in the primary stage, there are few quantitative methods and various defects. This paper intends to study how to establish a quantitative model that can objectively evaluate the degree of coordinated development between port logistics and regional economy, and use the established model to calculate the degree of coordination between the two of Liaoning coastal economic belt. It is hoped that the research results will be helpful to the objective evaluation of the coordination degree of the port areas at home and abroad and provide the theoretical basis for the government to formulate more reasonable development plans for the port areas. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, this paper firstly defines the definition of port logistics and regional economy, and qualitatively analyzes the development relationship between port logistics and regional economy. Then, based on the related literature, the model of cooperation degree between port logistics and regional economy is established according to the theory of synergy. Finally, this model is used to calculate the degree of synergy between the two of Liaoning coastal economic belt. On the one hand, the validity of the model is verified; on the other hand, the level of coordinated development between logistics and regional economy in the coastal economic belt of Liaoning Province and the port logistics and regional economy in each city is discussed. The results show that the cooperative degree model of port logistics and regional economy can reflect the degree of cooperative development between port logistics and regional economy, and this model has universal applicability. The cooperation degree between port logistics and regional economy in Liaoning coastal economic belt is in a highly synergistic state, but the increasing trend of coordination degree is slowing down. The results can provide theoretical basis for the formulation of port logistics policy and regional economic development plan in Liaoning coastal economic belt.
