达通物流公司汽车运输业务流程优化研究

【摘要】：伴随着国民经济的快速发展，物流业也有了一个大规模的快速增长，由于发展环境的不断优化，物流业逐渐从一个普通业成长为一个具有支柱产业性质的经济类型。第三方物流业作为物流业的重要组成部分，也有了一定程度的发展，主要表现在量和质上。但是另一方面也应该看到第三方物流业的发展仍然是停留在某一个层面上，而没有质的飞跃。主要原因是由于相对国外物流业的发展，我国的第三方物流业的发展比较滞后，整体物流的运营成本比较高，整体效益偏低。伴随着竞争的进一步步的加剧，为使企业快速响应物流市场的需求，，为客户提供一个满意的业务服务，作为第三方物流企业来讲，要根据大环境和本身的企业特点去进行变革，去进行各项业务流程的优化。 本文通过对达通物流公司的业务流程现状和问题进行详细的分析，并依据物流业务流程优化的方法和理论，在理论指导的基础上，提出了针对具体出现问题的业务流程进行优化和改善，主要是细化为三个区进行优化，分别是：承运区运作区到达区。重视每一个流程细节的优化，以实现达通物流公司的整体业务发展战略转型。针对现代物流公司的业务发展模式以及方法研究，将物流企业的业务流程优化理论逐渐应用到达通物流公司的实际发展中，去帮助其寻找业务流程优化的改革方案，来提高达通物流公司的最终核心的竞争力。
