信息技术、供应链协调、供应链整合与港口竞争力的关系研究

【摘要】:随着国际经济与贸易的不断增长,以及信息通讯技术的高速发展,全球经济一体化进程正逐步深入。而中国已成为现代经济活动中最活跃的区域之一,这一点,可以从中国港口的迅猛发展得到证明。港口是一个国家或区域对外贸易的纽带,是全球物流的主要环节和经营基地,在全球供应链管理环节中有着举足轻重的作用。但是,目前许多港口不仅暴露出恶性竞争和严重盲目重复建设等的问题,而且如何提升港口竞争力和进行体制改革也已成为制约港口发展的突出问题。其中,港口竞争力的提升与全球供应链管理的关系已经引起理论界和实践部门的高度重视。目前港口之间的竞争正在逐渐演变为港口供应链之间的竞争,因而应该将研究重点从港口本身转向港口供应链,将研究视角从局部拓展至全球物流过程整体的研究。 当前结合供应链管理理论与港口竞争力理论的研究还存在着诸多问题: (1)供应链管理理论自20世纪末以来取得了巨大进展,但还存在港口供应链管理认识的不足,实际协调与整合等运营流程不完善,各个企业部门间信息技术应用不足等问题,而且各供应链管理因素对港口竞争力的影响一直没有系统的研究成果。因此,在港口供应链框架的基础上,探讨港口供应链管理实施过程中的重要影响因素如何发挥作用并对其进行实证研究,是该理论发展的一个重要趋势。 (2)港口竞争力的研究中,供应链管理逐渐被重视,但仍处于起步的阶段。由于理论和研究工具的制约,当前供应链管理在港口领域的大部分研究还局限于理论演绎,而且这些演绎更多是把港口供应链管理作为整体概念,尚没有很好地解释港口供应链管理的自身含义,其结构、特征、层次以及对港口竞争力的提升有何影响尚不明确,还没有进行深入的实证研究。 本文围绕以上两个主要问题,研究了各供应链管理要素对港口供应链的作用机制,并且论证了变量的中介作用和竞争优势的调节作用。 本论文的研究主要通过以下部分展开: (1)文献综述与理论发展。本文在供应链管理及现有研究框架的基础上,分析了港口供应链的现状、概念,深入研究港口供应链的形成理论,尝试性地对已有供应链管理理论进行拓展;研究港口供应链管理对港口竞争力的影响机制。在对港口供应链管理、信息技术、供应链协调、供应链整合和港口竞争力的文献进行回顾性梳理的基础上,形成本文研究在供应链管理和港口竞争力的理论基石。 (2)实证研究。本文以中国201个港口有关的企业为样本进行了数据收集,采用探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、相关分析以及结构方程模型等一系列实证研究方法,以及综合运用SPSS17.0和AMOS 18.0等统计分析工具,详细分析了港口供应链管理对港口竞争力的影响机制,研究成果对进一步拓展现有港口供应链管理理论的研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。 本文得出以下主要结论: (1)信息技术、供应链协调、供应链整合对港口竞争力具有不同程度的影响。 本文研究了信息技术、供应链协调及供应链整合这三个港口供应链变量对港口竞争力的影响,结果表明:信息技术对供应链协调具有显著影响;信息技术对供应链整合没有显著影响;信息技术对港口竞争力没有显著影响;供应链协调对供应链整合具有显著影响;供应链协调对港口竞争力具有显著影响;供应链整合对港口竞争力具有显著影响。 (2)供应链协调和整合在信息技术对港口竞争力影响中发挥中介作用。 本研究对“供应链协调”、“供应链整合”及“供应链协调-供应链整合”的三个中介变量进行了验证分析。其中支持了“供应链协调”和“供应链协调-供应链整合”的中介作用,不支持“供应链整合”的中介作用。港口企业使用供应链信息系统来形成成员问的协调,通过实现港口的内外部整合,提升港口竞争力。 (3)港口竞争优势在港口供应链管理对港口竞争力的影响中起调节作用。 在港口企业应用供应链管理理论的过程中,可以根据企业的竞争优势来选择合理的经营策略。本文引入了港口企业“成本优势”和“服务差异化优势”,结果表明两个经营策略对港口竞争力均有调节作用,而且港口企业采用低成本优势策略可以提升港口竞争力,港口企业采用高服务差异化优势对供应链整合与港口竞争力产生影响。 纵观全文,本研究强调的是供应链管理可以提升港口竞争力。围绕这一问题,本研究在一定的程度上补充和扩展了对供应链管理和港口竞争力的理论研究,并且对于港口高层领导者如何成功进行供应链管理具有实践意义。
[Abstract]:With the growth of the international economy and trade and the high-speed development of the information communication technology, the global economic integration process is in progress. China has become one of the most active regions in the modern economic activity, which can be proved from the rapid development of the Chinese port. The port is the link of the foreign trade of a country or region, and it is the main link and operation base of the global logistics, and plays an important role in the global supply chain management. However, at present, many ports not only expose the problems of vicious competition and serious blind and repeated construction, but also how to improve the competitiveness of the port and to carry out the reform of the system has become a prominent problem that restricts the development of the port. The relationship between the promotion of the competitiveness of the port and the management of the global supply chain has aroused the great attention of the theoretical and practical departments. At present, the competition between the ports is gradually evolving into the competition between the port supply chain, so the research focus should be shifted from the port to the port supply chain, and the research angle is expanded from the local to the global logistics process. There are many problems in the research of the theory of supply chain management and the theory of port competitiveness (1) The theory of supply chain management has made great progress since the end of the 20th century. The operation process such as foot, actual coordination and rectification is not perfect, the application of information technology in each enterprise is insufficient, and the influence of each supply chain management factor on the competitiveness of the port has not been systematically studied. Therefore, on the basis of the port supply chain framework, how to play a role in the implementation of the port supply chain management and to make an empirical study on it is an important trend of the development of the theory (2) In the research of port competitiveness, supply chain management is gradually paid attention, but still in the beginning Because of the constraints of the theory and the research tools, most of the research of the current supply chain management in the port area is limited to the theoretical deduction, and the deduction is more of the whole concept of the port supply chain management, and it is not very good to explain the self-meaning of the port supply chain management, The structure, characteristics, levels and the impact on the competitiveness of the port are not clear yet, and there is no further demonstration. Based on the above two main problems, this paper studies the mechanism of the supply chain management to the port supply chain, and demonstrates the intermediate role of the variable and the adjustment of the competitive advantage. The study of this paper is mainly carried out by the following partial development: (1) literature review Based on the supply chain management and the existing research framework, this paper analyzes the present situation and concept of the port supply chain, studies the formation theory of the port supply chain, and tries to expand the existing supply chain management theory, and studies the port competitiveness of the port supply chain management.
