我国编组站评价指标体系构建研究

【摘要】:根据《中长期铁路网规划》,截至2010,编组站建设的方向是调整既有站布局,改扩建既有站,而不是新建编组站。编组站是分阶段持续建设的,如何在未来编组站建设中吸取以往的成功的经验和借鉴失败的教训,编组站评价应运而出。现有文献关于编组站的评价的文献都是采用模糊聚类法、层次分析法等较为主观的评价。本文基于这一背景,构建编组站评价指标体系,并采用上海铁路局编组站运营实际数据进行案例分析,对编组站运营现状做出评价。 本文以构建编组站评价指标体系为目的,首先通过对编组站评价研究现状和研究内容的分析,得出需要对编组站进行评价的三个关键要素,编组站布局情况、运营效率、经济适应性。其次,对影响编组站的三个关键因素进行分析,确立各关键要素影响指标及其分析方法。本文采用主成分分析法提取主成分分析编组站布局和编组站经济适应性,采用研究相对有效性较为成熟的数据包络分析方法研究编组站运营效率。分析得出,影响编组站布局能力的因素为编组站到发能力和相邻编组站到发能力,影响编组站经济适应性的因素为编组站所在城市经济状况和编组站经济环境影响能力,编组站运营效益相对均衡。再次,通过加权综合法建立编组站评价指标体系,对编组站进行综合评价,得出不同编组站的综合水平以及三个关键因素对编组站的影响程度由大到小依次为编组站运营效率、编组站布局、经济适应性。最后,本文以上海铁路局所辖编组站为例进行案例分析,得出上海铁路局所辖编组站的运营水平比较均衡,并且影响编组站布局的两个主成分为编组站到发能力和相邻编组站到发能力,影响编组站经济适应性的指标为编组站所在城市经济状况和编组站经济环境影响。 本文基于国内外研究成果,建立编组站评价指标体系,并确定各关键因素对应的分析方法及其总体分析方法,对我国编组站建设评价研究理论和方法具有-定的推动作用。
[Abstract]:According to the "medium and long term Railway Network Plan", by 2010, the direction of marshalling yard construction is to adjust the layout of the existing station, to rebuild and expand the existing station, but not to build a new marshalling station. The marshalling station is built continuously in stages. How to draw lessons from past successful experiences and lessons from failure in the construction of marshalling yard in the future, the evaluation of marshalling station should be carried out. The existing literatures on the evaluation of marshalling yard are all subjective evaluation methods such as fuzzy clustering method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on this background, the evaluation index system of marshalling yard is constructed, and the actual operation data of marshalling yard of Shanghai Railway Bureau are used to analyze the actual operation data to evaluate the present operation situation of marshalling yard. The purpose of this paper is to construct the evaluation index system of marshalling yard. Firstly, through the analysis of the present situation and research content of marshalling yard evaluation, three key elements need to be evaluated, the layout of marshalling yard, the operational efficiency of marshalling yard, are obtained. Economic adaptability. Secondly, three key factors affecting the marshalling yard are analyzed, and the key factors and their analysis methods are established. In this paper, principal component analysis (PCA) is used to extract principal component analysis (PCA) to analyze the layout of marshalling yard and economic adaptability of marshalling yard, and to study the operational efficiency of marshalling yard by using data envelopment analysis method, which is relatively effective and mature. It is concluded that the factors that influence the layout ability of marshalling station are the capacity of marshalling station to fire station and adjacent marshalling station to sending capacity, and the factors that affect the economic adaptability of marshalling yard are the economic condition of the city where the marshalling yard is located and the economic environment influence ability of the marshalling yard. The benefit of marshalling yard operation is relatively balanced. Thirdly, through the weighted synthesis method, the evaluation index system of marshalling yard is established, and the comprehensive level of different marshalling yard and the influence degree of three key factors on marshalling yard are obtained. Finally, taking the marshalling yard under the jurisdiction of the Shanghai Railway Bureau as an example, the paper concludes that the operation level of the marshalling station under the jurisdiction of the Shanghai Railway Bureau is relatively balanced. The two main components affecting the layout of marshalling yard are marshalling capacity and adjacent marshalling station capacity. The economic adaptability of marshalling station is affected by the economic condition of the city where the marshalling station is located and the economic environment of the marshalling station. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of marshalling yard, and determines the corresponding analysis method of each key factor and its overall analysis method, which can promote the theory and method of marshalling yard construction evaluation research in China.
