TPPTC竞争力评价研究

【摘要】:近年来随着经济的不断发展,我国对于原油及其制品的需求不断增高,为了满足不断扩大的市场需求,我国原油进口量表现出强劲增长的势头。自1993年我国成为石油进口国以来,对外依存度逐年攀升,2011年8月已达55.2%,首次超越美国。2013年我国原油进口量为2.8亿吨,同比增长4%,对外依存度将近60%。面对不断增长的原油进口,作为主要运输枢纽的港口将面临更大的机遇与挑战。在各港口竞争不断加剧的情况下,建立科学有效的石油化工码头竞争力评价指标体系显得更加重要。 本文首先从企业竞争力理论入手,结合港口的特点总结出港口竞争力的特点,为形成石油化工码头竞争力评价体系进行铺垫。 其次,通过波特五力模型分析行业竞争态势,并结合各竞争对手的情况,归纳出影响石油化工码头竞争力的因素。 再次,利用模糊层次综合评价法先后针对不同的竞争范围,对天津港相对于周边油港的竞争力和天津港石油化工码头有限公司相对于天津港范围内其他油品装卸企业,分别进行了评价分析,得出了分析结果。 最后,针对分析结果,为天津港石油化工码头有限公司提出相应的发展策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in recent years, the demand for crude oil and its products has been increasing in China. In order to meet the expanding market demand, China's crude oil import has shown a strong growth momentum. Since China became an oil importer in 1993, the degree of foreign dependence has increased year by year, reaching 55.2% in August 2011, surpassing that of the United States for the first time. In 2013, China's crude oil import volume was 280 million tons, an increase of 4% over the same period last year. In the face of increasing crude oil imports, the port as a major transportation hub will face greater opportunities and challenges. It is more important to establish a scientific and effective evaluation index system for the competitiveness of petrochemical wharf. This paper begins with the theory of enterprise competitiveness and sums up the characteristics of port competitiveness in combination with the characteristics of the port, paving the way for the formation of the evaluation system of the competitiveness of petrochemical wharf. Secondly, the competitive situation of the industry is analyzed by Porter's five-force model, and the factors that affect the competitiveness of petrochemical wharf are summed up according to the situation of the competitors. Thirdly, according to the different competition scope, the competitiveness of Tianjin Port relative to the surrounding oil port and Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf Co., Ltd. Is compared with other oil handling enterprises in Tianjin Port range by using fuzzy hierarchy process evaluation method. The evaluation and analysis are carried out, and the results are obtained. Finally, according to the analysis result, put forward the corresponding development strategy for Tianjin Port Petrochemical Wharf Co., Ltd.
