广州市A公交公司驾驶员管理研究

【摘要】:广州市A公交公司是一间国营企业,拥有35年的运营经验。在广州市委、市政府高度重视公共交通优先发展的经济社会大背景下,由于公交车驾驶员工作性质的特殊性和社会对公交车驾驶员队伍要求的不断提高,,导致广州的公交公司在驾驶员管理中遇到了不少的难题,这也成为了公交公司发展的瓶颈。 本文以A公交公司为例,从人力资源管理的角度,对该公司对公交车驾驶员管理的现状、存在的问题进行了研究,最后提出了可行的改善措施与创新建议。本文首先阐述了当前国内外对公交车驾驶员管理方面的理论研究,由于相关的研究资料稀少,主要分析的是国内相关研究。而后,本文对A公交公司驾驶员管理的现状进行了分析研究,首先是对公司驾驶员的人员构成、学历、技能等级等进行了分析,了解该公司的公交车驾驶员队伍的基本情况。第三章主要是对A公交公司驾驶员管理的重要环节进行介绍和分析,包括招聘与流失管理、培训与晋升、薪酬核算、信息化等。通过对以上方面的深入研究,分析A公交公司在公交车驾驶员管理方面存在的优势和不足。理论和实践相结合是本文研究的基本方针,在对理论构架系统研究的基础上,深入A公交公司,通过访谈和查阅资料等方式,获取了大量翔实的数据和资料。此外,通过学习大量的人力资源管理理论,并结合实践经验对A公交公司的公交车驾驶员管理,特别是在以上提及的几个重要方面中的管理上提出了较为完善的对策和创新建议。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou A bus Company is a state-owned enterprise with 35 years operation experience. In Guangzhou Municipal Committee, the municipal government attaches great importance to the economic and social background of the priority development of public transport, due to the particularity of bus drivers' work nature and the continuous improvement of the society's requirements for bus drivers. Guangzhou bus company encountered a lot of problems in driver management, which has become the bottleneck of bus company development. Taking A bus Company as an example, this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of bus driver management in A bus Company from the point of view of human resource management, and finally puts forward feasible improvement measures and innovative suggestions. This paper first describes the current domestic and foreign theoretical research on bus driver management. Due to the scarcity of relevant research data, the main analysis is related to domestic research. Then, this paper analyzes the current situation of driver management in A bus Company. Firstly, it analyzes the composition, education and skill level of drivers in A bus Company, so as to understand the basic situation of bus driver team in this company. The third chapter mainly introduces and analyzes the important links of driver management in A bus company, including recruitment and loss management, training and promotion, salary accounting, informatization and so on. Through in-depth research on the above aspects, the advantages and disadvantages of bus driver management in A bus Company are analyzed. The combination of theory and practice is the basic policy of this paper. On the basis of the systematic study of the theoretical framework, we go deep into the A bus company and obtain a large number of full and accurate data and materials through interviews and access to information. In addition, through the study of a large number of human resources management theory, and combined with practical experience of the A bus company bus driver management, Especially in the above mentioned several important aspects of management put forward more perfect countermeasures and innovation suggestions.
