基于价值网的航空货运企业商业模式研究
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of speed economy, the air cargo industry has developed into an important support of the mode of production under the background of contemporary economic globalization in China, and has become a strategic industry which is related to the national economic security and the lifeblood of the national economy. However, the domestic air freight industry lacks a strong leadership brand, each cargo shipping strength is very weak. Under the background of the gradual opening of the aviation market, more and more foreign air transport enterprises have entered the air logistics market in China, and "where to go" has become a key issue in the development of the industry in our country. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the commercial model of air freight enterprises in our country, this paper excavates the existing problems, and draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries, and designs a commercial model suitable for the air freight enterprises of our country under the support of the theory of value net. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, expounds the research contents, research methods, research ideas and innovations. The second chapter describes the theoretical basis of this paper, including value theory, business model theory and the research results of air cargo business model. The third chapter clarifies the connotation, classification and characteristics of air cargo business model, compares and analyzes the development status and problems of air cargo enterprise with different business models at home and abroad, and summarizes the enlightenment. The fourth chapter, focusing on the design elements of the business model and the structural elements of the value net, combines the operating power mechanism and the benefit distribution mechanism to construct the business model of the air freight enterprise based on the value net. In the fifth chapter, taking China cargo Airlines as an example, through analyzing the current situation and problems of China cargo Airlines, this paper puts forward a business model suitable for China cargo Airlines.
