基于Petri网的铁路物流中心业务流程优化

【摘要】:现有的铁路物流中心大多是铁路货运站通过硬件升级转变而来,需要在软件上进行升级,流程上加以改进。本文通过调研铁路物流中心,取得业务流程基础资料,结合petri网模型进行优化,提出了可操作的业务流程,有助于铁路物流中心经营管理水平提高。 本文总结了铁路物流、业务流程重组和优化算法等相关理论,分析了铁路物流中心的建设背景、目的和意义,通过调研搜集相关业务流程资料,将铁路物流中心流程重组的重点放在对现有资源进行合理应用方面,形成较优且具有操作性的业务流程。 本文分析了铁路物流中心建设情况以及其现行业务流程,通过对流程的抽象提炼,分析出其村咋的问题,进而采用petri网对业务流程进行建模,针对模型的特点选用遗传算法进行优化求解,以遗传算法的结构对模型参数进行设定和编码,构建效益与成本相结合的目标函数和适应度函数,对模型求解并结合模型对优化解进行解读,提出优化流程。 本文第一章介绍了本研究的背景和意义,国内外研究动态以及本论文的主要内容和结构安排。第二章对铁路物流中心的业务流程进行全面梳理,并从中归纳总结出流程所存在的问题和优化的思路。第三章介绍面向业务的petri网模型,选取适合进行流程优化的petri网模型,构建基于业务流程的petri网模型,对模型的指标、结构进行说明。第四章应用遗传算法对模型进行编码,描述该模型的一般编码和特殊编码。第五章对铁路物流中心业务流程某算例进行计算,说明优化方法。第六章对铁路物流中心流程进行整体优化,对优化点和优化预期结果进行说明。第七章根据铁路物流优化模式、所建立模型的特点和该优化方法存在的问题,提出铁路物流中心业务流程优化的完善方案应是采用动态流程管理方式的思路,提出了人与流程相结合的流程动态管理的流程优化模式。 本文的创新点是通过分析铁路物流中心的流程特征,建立与之相匹配的流程模型,并运用遗传算法对目标进行优化,提出一种柔性的流程协调方法。
[Abstract]:Most of the existing railway logistics centers are transformed by hardware upgrade, which needs to be upgraded in software and process. This paper studies the railway logistics center, obtains the basic data of the business process, optimizes the petri net model, and puts forward the operational business process, which is helpful to the improvement of the management level of the railway logistics center. This paper summarizes the related theories of railway logistics, business process reengineering and optimization algorithm, analyzes the background, purpose and significance of the construction of railway logistics center, and collects relevant business process information through investigation and investigation. The emphasis of railway logistics center process reengineering is on the rational application of existing resources to form a better and operational business process. This paper analyzes the construction of railway logistics center and its current business process, through the abstract extraction of the process, analyzes the problems of its village, and then uses petri net to model the business process. According to the characteristics of the model, genetic algorithm is selected to optimize the solution, and the structure of the genetic algorithm is used to set and encode the parameters of the model, and the objective function and fitness function of the combination of benefit and cost are constructed. To solve the model and combine with the model to interpret the optimal solution, the optimization process is put forward. The first chapter of this paper introduces the background and significance of this study, domestic and foreign research trends, as well as the main content and structure of this paper. In the second chapter, the business process of railway logistics center is combed, and the existing problems and optimization ideas are summarized. In the third chapter, we introduce the service-oriented petri net model, select the petri net model suitable for process optimization, construct the petri net model based on the business process, and explain the index and structure of the model. In chapter 4, genetic algorithm is used to encode the model, and the general coding and special coding of the model are described. In the fifth chapter, an example of railway logistics center business process is calculated, and the optimization method is explained. The sixth chapter optimizes the whole process of railway logistics center, and explains the optimization point and the expected result. According to the optimization mode of railway logistics, the characteristics of the model and the problems existing in the optimization method, chapter 7 puts forward that the perfect scheme for optimizing the business process of railway logistics center should adopt the idea of dynamic process management. The process optimization mode of dynamic process management based on the combination of human and process is put forward. The innovation of this paper is that a flexible process coordination method is proposed by analyzing the process characteristics of railway logistics center, establishing the matching process model, and optimizing the target by using genetic algorithm.
