旅客列车备品管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着铁路旅客运输的快速发展,旅客出行需求日益增加,旅客对客运服务质量的要求也日益提升。列车车厢内的各种旅客列车备品等硬件设施设备,作为直观体现铁路客运服务的重要方面,能够对乘客旅行的舒适度产生影响。因此,建立较为完善的铁路客运备品管理体系,有利于提高铁路客运服务质量,快速适应客运市场的迅速变化,应对公路、航空等运输方式对旅客运输市场的竞争。论文首先根据备品管理现状,对备品管理业务进行流程再造,建立了旅客列车各种类型备品采购与库存管理的业务流程,实现了仓库发料、收料、请领、洗涤、报废等的精益管理,从而减轻管理和生产人员劳动强度,节约库存成本,提高管理效能。在备品管理模型部分,本文对循环备品和消耗备品的采购模型进行了研究,对不同种类备品给出不同的采购计划编制算法。首先提出循环备品采购模型,根据备品的需求、日常周转用量给出较为合理的采购方案。其次,对消耗备品的研究细分为需求平稳与需求波动较大两种情况,分别给出多备品采购模型、动态批量模型,解决了消耗备品实际采购过程中淡旺季的采购问题。本文最后对备品管理系统进行分析与设计,并用C#语言对部分核心模块进行开发。本文设计的备品管理系统能够实现采购计划编制、库存日常管理和报表查询功能,为采购管理人员提供采购计划方案,提高工作效率,合理利用资源,具有很高的实用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of railway passenger transport, the demand for passenger travel is increasing day by day, and the passenger demand for passenger service quality is also increasing day by day. As an important aspect of railway passenger transport service, all kinds of hardware facilities, such as passenger train spare parts and so on, can affect the comfort of passenger travel. Therefore, the establishment of a more perfect railway passenger transport spare parts management system is conducive to improve the service quality of railway passenger transport, adapt quickly to the rapid change of passenger transport market, and cope with the competition of road, aviation and other transport modes against the passenger transport market. Firstly, according to the present situation of inventory management, the paper remakes the business process of spare goods management, establishes the business processes of purchasing and inventory management of various types of passenger trains, and realizes the delivery, receipt, receipt and washing of goods in the warehouse. End-of-life lean management, so as to reduce the labor intensity of management and production personnel, save inventory costs, improve management efficiency. In the part of inventory management model, this paper studies the procurement models of circulating and consumable items, and gives different purchasing planning algorithms for different kinds of items. Firstly, the procurement model of circulating spare goods is put forward, and the reasonable purchasing scheme is given according to the demand of the spare goods and the daily turnover amount. Secondly, the study of consumable stock is divided into two cases: stable demand and large demand fluctuation. The purchasing model of multi-spare goods and the dynamic batch model are given respectively, which solve the purchasing problem of low peak season in the process of actual purchasing of consumed spare goods. Finally, this paper analyzes and designs the spare parts management system, and develops some core modules with C # language. The spare material management system designed in this paper can realize the functions of purchasing plan preparation, inventory daily management and report inquiry, provide purchasing plan scheme for purchasing managers, improve work efficiency and make rational use of resources. It is of high practicability.
