天航局NF公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:从十九世纪末开始,原始的疏浚方式被机械疏浚所取代。1896年清政府从荷兰IHC公司购置了第一艘链斗挖泥船,标志着我国从此进入机械疏浚时代。 疏浚业作为交通建设业的重要一环,是国民经济的基础产业,它的发展直接关系到国民经济的发展。随着世界贸易的不断增长,经济对港口、航道的发展需求刺激进一步加强,使得世界各国越来越重视疏浚企业的发展。而改革开放的不断深入和WTO的加入,促进了我国与世界贸易的往来,从而带动了港口航道建筑业的蓬勃发展。进入国家“十二五”规划时期以来,市场经济进一步成熟,市场竞争进一步加剧,各项环境因素都发生了深刻的变化,中国疏浚行业亦是如此。在当今时代背景下,中国疏浚企业如何能适应当前形势的变化,以谋求自身的发展和壮大,是中国疏浚企业在新时期所面对的战略问题。 本文在参照了战略研究与制定的相关学术研究及资料的基础上,运用战略理论、市场营销理论、管理理论等观点和方法,对天航局NF公司的战略管理进行了分析研究,并提出了针对性的策略。主要研究内容如下:首先对国内外疏浚行业的发展趋势及特征进行了研究,并分析了国内外疏浚行业的战略特征不同之处,确定了国内疏浚行业战略发展的大致方向。其次,介绍了天航局NF公司的基本情况、总体经营环境、行业环境以及市场与竞争环境等方面,运用PEST分析方法分析得出天航局NF公司面临的外部环境,并根据天航局NF公司的经营资源能力、战略能力和核心业务等方面,分析了天航局NF公司拥有的内部环境。通过对公司内、外部环境的分析,找出天航局NF公司未来发展的机会、威胁、优势和劣势,并运用SWOT工具进行了战略匹配,得出在当前经济环境形势下,天航局NF公司应采取的战略方向。通过定性评估的方法,提出了天航局NF公司的愿景、使命及主要战略规划,提出了天航局NF公司战略新特点,并进一步对战略目标进行了分解。最后,根据天航局NF公司发展战略的制定,从组织管理、经营管理、项目管理与技术、人力资源管理、设备管理、财务管理和安全管理等方面制定了相应的战略保障措施。 本论文基于天航局NF公司的实际情况,运用了科学的方法进行了深入而细致的研究,具有较大的研究创新力度和较高的实际运用价值。本论文基本为天航局NF公司在今后几年的战略研究与决策上提出了建设性地意见,为其制定具体的战略规划奠定了良好的基础。同时,也对整个国内外的疏浚行业形势做了深入的剖析,对国内疏浚企业的发展提出了创新性的思路,对国内疏浚企业的战略研究具有较大的参考借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the 19th century, the original dredging method has been replaced by mechanical dredging. In 1896, the Qing government bought the first chain bucket dredger from IHC Company of the Netherlands, marking the beginning of the era of mechanical dredging in China. As an important part of transportation construction industry, dredging industry is the basic industry of national economy, and its development is directly related to the development of national economy. With the continuous growth of world trade, the demand for port and waterway development is further strengthened, which makes countries all over the world pay more and more attention to the development of dredging enterprises. The deepening of reform and opening up and the entry of WTO have promoted the exchange of trade between China and the world, thus driving the vigorous development of port and waterway construction industry. Since entering the 12th five-year Plan period, the market economy has been further mature, the market competition has been further intensified, and profound changes have taken place in various environmental factors, as has the dredging industry in China. Under the background of the times, how Chinese dredging enterprises can adapt to the changes of the current situation in order to seek their own development and growth is a strategic problem faced by Chinese dredging enterprises in the new period. On the basis of referring to the relevant academic research and data of strategic research and formulation, this paper analyzes and studies the strategic management of NF Company of Aeronautical Administration by using the viewpoints and methods of strategic theory, marketing theory, management theory and so on. And put forward the targeted strategy. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the development trend and characteristics of dredging industry at home and abroad are studied, and the strategic characteristics of domestic and foreign dredging industry are analyzed, and the general direction of strategic development of domestic dredging industry is determined. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation, overall operating environment, industry environment, market and competitive environment of NF Company of Aeronautical Aviation Bureau, and analyzes the external environment faced by NF Company of Aeronautical Aviation Bureau by using PEST analysis method. According to the management resource ability, strategic ability and core business of NF Company, the internal environment of NF Company is analyzed. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, this paper finds out the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of NF Company in the future, and uses SWOT tools to carry on the strategic matching, and draws the conclusion that under the current economic environment situation, The strategic direction that NF Company of Aeronautical Administration should take. Through the method of qualitative evaluation, this paper puts forward the vision, mission and main strategic plan of NF Company of Aeronautical Aviation Bureau, puts forward the new strategic characteristics of NF Company of Aeronautical Aviation Bureau, and further decomposes the strategic objectives. Finally, according to the formulation of the development strategy of NF Company, the corresponding strategic safeguard measures are formulated from the aspects of organization management, project management and technology, human resource management, equipment management, financial management and safety management. Based on the actual situation of NF Company, this paper uses scientific methods to carry out in-depth and detailed research, which has great research innovation and high practical application value. This paper basically puts forward constructive suggestions for the strategic research and decision-making of NF Company in the next few years, and lays a good foundation for the formulation of specific strategic planning. At the same time, it also makes a deep analysis of the situation of the dredging industry at home and abroad, puts forward innovative ideas for the development of domestic dredging enterprises, and has great reference value for the strategic research of domestic dredging enterprises.
