【摘要】:中国铁路的快速发展给铁路工业企业带来了巨大的机会。作为面向铁路市场的工业企业如何抓住这个机会,跟上时代发展的步伐是企业需要解决的现实问题。 作为新兴的铁路企业,如何制定一种既能利用自身的优势并利用好政策导向去抓住机会,又能克服自身的劣势去回避所面临风险的竞争战略,是公司能否成功经营并保持领先的关键所在。 本文以RHMC科技公司作为研究对象,运用企业战略管理理论中的外部环境、企业资源以及企业能力等思想对影响铁路轨道线路检测企业竞争力的内外环境进行研究,并重点运用EFE矩阵、企业价值链评价、IFE矩阵、波特“五力模型”对轨道检查设备行业所处的宏观环境、竞争状况进行了系统分析和评价。 通过对公司所处的内外部环境进行认真分析,利用SWOT模型和BCG矩阵得出公司备选战略。通过QSMP矩阵,确立了公司应该进行相关多元化的战略思路。明确指出该公司在保持现有检测市场的优势外,还同时应该进入铁路线路安全监测领域的市场。 作为战略的一部分,还提出了该公司的企业文化中对战略和愿景的表述。在如何实施该战略上,提出了关键思路和关键控制措施。建议公司应加强技术能力的整合,提高产品研发能力、增强核心竞争能力,提升成本控制能力、企业文化建设、等方面来提升企业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of Chinese railway has brought great opportunities to railway industrial enterprises. As an industrial enterprise facing the railway market, how to seize this opportunity and keep up with the pace of the development of the times is a practical problem that enterprises need to solve. As a new railway enterprise, how to formulate a competitive strategy that can not only make use of its own advantages and make good use of policy guidance to seize the opportunity, but also overcome its own disadvantages to avoid the risks it faces is the key to whether the company can successfully operate and maintain the lead. In this paper, RHMC Science and Technology Company is taken as the research object, and the external environment, enterprise resources and enterprise ability in the theory of enterprise strategic management are used to study the internal and external environment that affects the competitiveness of railway track line detection enterprises, and the macro environment and competition situation of track inspection equipment industry are systematically analyzed and evaluated by using EFE matrix, enterprise value chain evaluation, IFE matrix and Porter's "five-force model". Through the careful analysis of the internal and external environment of the company, the alternative strategy of the company is obtained by using SWOT model and BCG matrix. Through the QSMP matrix, the strategic thinking that the company should carry on the related diversification is established. It is clearly pointed out that while maintaining the advantages of the existing testing market, the company should also enter the market in the field of railway line safety monitoring. As part of the strategy, it also puts forward the expression of strategy and vision in the company's corporate culture. In how to implement the strategy, the key ideas and key control measures are put forward. It is suggested that the company should strengthen the integration of technical ability, improve the ability of product research and development, enhance the core competitiveness, enhance the ability of cost control, the construction of corporate culture, and so on.
