加纳多式联运集装箱码头装卸作业优化

自从工业革命开始以来,货物运输已经发展了数个世纪。随着洲际贸易的迅速增长,全球经济蓬勃发展,新型的货物运输方式亦在不断出现。为实现货物运输的进一步优化,多式联运这种运输方式应运而生,该运输方式旨在于产销地之间建立更为良好的衔接,其效率更高,费用更省,因此具有较强的竞争力。然而,随着运输需求的快速长,多式联运的未来发展同样面临着更多的挑战。本文提出,集装箱在集装箱场站内的换装作业作为站内作业的瓶颈,是多式联运运输过程中亟待解决的问题之一,只有妥善解决该问题才能实现运输效率的最大化。需要明确强调的是,通过利用现有资源,对作业时间进行优化,将极大地缩短集装箱在集装箱场站内的停留时间从而进一步提高运输服务水平。此外,相应的决策应当遵循实际经验指导和运营管理学的科学理论。因此,本文拟建立一种能够优化集装箱在港口内的换装作业时间的数学模型,同时,考虑到世界范围内各集装箱港口的共有特点,本文在建模的过程中兼顾公路集卡的换装作业。本文的研究核心在于集装箱装卸作业的调度问题,该问题虽较为复杂,但对于集装箱运输效率的提高具有极为重要的意义。基于“互联网+”技术,实现给定数量的集卡在指定时间进行预约式到达,...
