基于全寿命周期成本理论的偏远地区电网投资模式研究

【摘要】:电网是社会进步和经济发展的重要基础,也是发展经济和提高人民生活水平的重要物质基础,随着经济和社会的快速发展,合理的电网投资,特别是偏远无电地区的电网投资已经成为改善供电服务质量、提高企业效益、协调社会经济发展的重要环节,但偏远无电地区电网的可持续发展必须同时兼顾投资的实际情况。 本论文系统地介绍了全寿命周期成本理论以及国内主要偏远地区的电网投资模式,并充分论证了偏远地区电网投资的重要性和必要性。研究偏远无电地区的电网投资模式,提高电力供应量,满足居民用电需求,对于实现偏远地区经济、环境和社会的可持续发展具有重要意义。 本文在详细分析偏远地区电网投资的模式以及偏远地区电网投资所面临的主要问题的基础上,基于全寿命周期成本理论,通过对集中光伏发电站,电网延伸,户用光伏发电系统三种投资模式进行建模,量化了不同投资模式之间的成本差异,为偏远地区电网投资提出了定量化分析的依据,提出偏远地区电网企业投资的模式,以期在电力企业发展的过程中,能提高偏远地区的电网企业投资绩效。 此外,本文针对我国偏远地区电网投资存在的问题分别从国家、地方以及偏远地区的角度提出了可行性投资方案。本文的研究能够为我国偏远地区电网的发展提供必要的支持和帮助,论文具有创新性和实践性。
[Abstract]:The power grid is an important foundation for social progress and economic development, as well as an important material basis for developing the economy and improving the people's living standard. With the rapid development of the economy and society, reasonable grid investment, Especially, the investment of power grid in remote areas without electricity has become an important link to improve the service quality of power supply, improve the efficiency of enterprises and coordinate the development of social economy. However, the sustainable development of power grid in remote areas without electricity must also take into account the actual situation of investment. This paper systematically introduces the life-cycle cost theory and the power grid investment model in the main remote areas of China, and fully demonstrates the importance and necessity of the power grid investment in the remote areas, and studies the grid investment model in the remote areas without electricity. It is of great significance to improve the power supply and meet the needs of residents for the sustainable development of economy, environment and society in remote areas. Based on the detailed analysis of the mode of power grid investment in remote areas and the main problems faced by the investment in remote areas, based on the life-cycle cost theory, this paper extends the power grid by means of concentrated photovoltaic power plants. Three investment modes of household photovoltaic power generation system are modeled, the cost difference between different investment modes is quantified, the basis of quantitative analysis for power grid investment in remote areas is put forward, and the investment mode of power grid enterprises in remote areas is put forward. In order to improve the investment performance of power grid enterprises in remote areas during the development of power enterprises. In addition, this paper aims at the problems of power grid investment in remote areas of our country. The research in this paper can provide the necessary support and help for the development of the power grid in the remote areas of our country. The paper is innovative and practical.
