地通塔奥金属构件生产项目可行性研究

【摘要】：项目可行性研究是项目立项阶段最重要的核心文件，是确定建设项目前具有决定性意义的工作，是指对拟建项目有关的自然、社会、经济、技术等进行调研、分析比较以及预测建成后的社会经济效益。在此基础上，综合论证项目建设的必要性，财务的盈利性，经济上的合理性，技术上的先进性和适应性以及建设条件的可能性和可行性，，从而为投资决策提供科学依据。近年来汽车事业的发展，尤其是零部件行业的迅猛推进，许多研究人员致力于汽车零部件行业的项目可行性研究。本文对地通塔奥汽车车身件及底盘件等金属构件生产项目可行性研究的一般过程做出简介，导出汽车零部件行业可行性研究工作的关键部分。本文首先介绍了项目建设可行性理论国内外发展与实践的基本情况，重点解释了项目投资建设理论和风险管理理论。随后本文对地通塔奥汽车车身件及底盘件等金属构件生产项目建设的必要性进行了研究分析，在此基础上运用项目建设投资评价方法对本项目的投资估算及资金筹措模式以及项目财务方面的清偿能力的可行性进行了论证，并采用风险管理理论的方法对本项目在投资建设中可能存在的风险以及风险的规避措施进行了探讨。最后对这个项目进行了整体的可行性分析评价，总结出结论并提出相关管理建议。
[Abstract]:The feasibility study of the project is the most important core document in the stage of project establishment, is the decisive work before determining the construction project, and refers to the investigation of the nature, society, economy, technology and so on related to the proposed project. On the basis of this, the necessity of project construction, the financial profit, and the economic rationality of the project are comprehensively demonstrated. The advancement and adaptability of technology as well as the possibility and feasibility of construction conditions provide scientific basis for investment decision. In recent years, the development of automobile industry, especially the rapid development of parts industry, Many researchers focus on project feasibility studies in the automotive parts industry. This paper gives a brief introduction to the general process of the feasibility study on the production of metal components such as auto body parts and chassis parts. The key part of the feasibility study of automobile parts industry is derived. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic situation of the development and practice of the feasibility theory of project construction at home and abroad. This paper mainly explains the theory of project investment and risk management. Then this paper studies and analyzes the necessity of the construction of metal components such as the body parts and chassis parts of Tatao. On the basis of this, the feasibility of the investment estimation and financing model of the project and the solvency of the project finance are demonstrated by using the project construction investment evaluation method. The risk management theory is used to discuss the possible risks and the measures to avoid the risks in the investment and construction of the project. Finally, the feasibility analysis and evaluation of the project as a whole are carried out. Summarize the conclusions and put forward the relevant management suggestions.
