经济危机理论新解读——欧美国家资产负债表衰退及其对中国的启示

【摘要】：根据资产负债表衰退理论学说,由资产负债表问题引发的危机,其内在表现形式具有很强的隐蔽性,因而,该类危机给经济带来的危害也是前所未有的,如果政策运用失误,将使经济陷入长期的衰退之中。当前,随着中国经济高速、多元化的发展,部分行业也隐现出了资产负债表衰退的迹象。美国和日本曾经发生过的经济大萧条证明,为防止资产负债表衰退危机演变成一系列金融海啸,中国政府出台的"积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策"是积极的和可取的。但是,基于全球危机影响的长期性以及宏观经济政策实施中暴露出来的诸多问题,对现有的收入分配、财政支出以及产业结构等宏观经济政策进行适当调整,是经济理论结合我国实际国情的正确选择。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of balance sheet recession, the internal manifestation of the crisis caused by the balance sheet problem has a strong concealment. Therefore, this kind of crisis also brings unprecedented harm to the economy. Will plunge the economy into a long recession. Now, with China's rapid and diversified economy, some industries are showing signs of balance-sheet recession. The Great Depression in the United States and Japan has proved that, In order to prevent the balance-sheet recession crisis from turning into a series of financial tsunamis, the "active fiscal policy and moderately loose monetary policy" issued by the Chinese government are positive and desirable. Based on the long-term impact of the global crisis and the problems exposed in the implementation of macroeconomic policies, the existing macroeconomic policies, such as income distribution, fiscal expenditure and industrial structure, are appropriately adjusted. It is the correct choice of economic theory combined with the actual situation of our country.
