基于ERP平台提升企业内部控制有效性的实证分析

【摘要】：企业战略的实施依赖于有效的内部控制,而有效的内控机制需要集成化的信息系统和网络化的信息技术支撑。本文指出天津荣程联合钢铁集团有限公司是涉足国际贸易、园林绿化、矿业投资、煤化工、综合利用的民营企业,并以其为例,分析了基于ERP平台提升企业财务、供应链以及人力资源管理等方面的内部控制有效性的具体措施。
[Abstract]:The implementation of enterprise strategy depends on effective internal control, and the effective internal control mechanism needs the support of integrated information system and network information technology. This paper points out that Tianjin Rongcheng United Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is involved in international trade. Landscape greening, mining investment, coal chemical industry, comprehensive utilization of private enterprises, and taking it as an example, this paper analyzes the specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of internal control of enterprise finance, supply chain and human resource management based on ERP platform.
