高校财务预算精细化研究综述

【摘要】：时代的发展伴随着科技的创新,很多行业的发展趋于科学化和集约化,而高校作为一个特殊的企业,其发展也需要保证资源的集约化和运用合理化,而对于财务的管理也需要具有一定的预见性,特别是对于财政预算的要求,更需要具有一定的精细度和科学化,而预算精细化的概念也就此产生,其目的在于保证高校资源的科学配置,杜绝资源的浪费或者过剩,同时对于高校的经济精细相应的优化,对于教学成本的节约也将带来重要的意义和价值。
[Abstract]:The development of the times with the innovation of science and technology, the development of many industries tend to be scientific and intensive, and the University as a special enterprise, its development also needs to ensure that the intensive and reasonable use of resources, and for the financial management also needs to have a certain degree of predictability, especially for budget requirements. More need to have a certain degree of fine and scientific, and the concept of refinement of the budget also appeared, its purpose is to ensure that the scientific allocation of university resources, eliminate waste of resources or surplus, at the same time for the economic optimization phase should be fine, the teaching cost savings will also bring great significance and value.
