【摘要】：正2010年,中国航空工业集团公司根据国资委《经济增加值考核细则》的相关规定和经营业绩考核要求,结合集团公司所属企业的实际情况,制定了《中航工业经济增加值(EVA)核算管理暂行办法》,并要求各成员单位遵照执行。集团下属的中航工业沈阳黎明航空发动机(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称中航工业黎明)以管理会计体系建设为牵引,结合自身管理模式,经过不断的探索与实践,逐步建立形成了以EVA管理为核心的绩效考核体系,在提高企业运行效
[Abstract]:In 2010, in accordance with the relevant provisions of SASAC's Economic value added Assessment rules and the requirements for performance assessment, the China Aviation Industry Group Company combined with the actual situation of the enterprises to which the group company belongs, The interim measures on Accounting and Management of Economic Value-Added value of China Aviation Industry (EVA) have been formulated, and the member units are required to comply with the implementation of the Aeroengine (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Airlines Industry Shenyang Dawn Aeroengine (Group)"). The construction of management accounting system is the traction of the dawn of aviation industry. Combined with its own management mode, through continuous exploration and practice, the performance appraisal system with EVA management as the core has been gradually established, which can improve the operation efficiency of enterprises.
