国和集团财务管理战略研究

【摘要】：现如今，企业面对的竞争环境日益激烈，为了在复杂的环境中求得生存，将当今战略管理的思想方法与传统的财务管理理论相结合，从长远发展和战略全局的角度对企业的财务活动进行规划，拥有其发展的现实性和迫切性。正确的企业战略对公司长远发展起到举足轻重的促进作用。而选择一个合理财务战略，不仅使企业获得合理资源配置的取向和模式，也由此决定了企业战略的实现与管理效率。国和集团作为河北省发展较为稳定的汽车集团，其企业集团财务战略管理决定着集团在今后的发展过程中是否可以继续做大、做强，因此对于集团的财务战略研究有着十分重要的战略意义。本文将在其企业发展战略规划工作的基础上对处于上升期的国和集团内部的财务战略做一些研究，以期在财务战略的定位、生成等方面做一些有益补偿。本文以国和集团财务战略的制定与实施为研究对象，首先介绍了财务战略国内外研究现状和财务战略理论基础，接着运用环境分析方法分析了国和集团财务战略的发展现状，并指出目前存在的问题，最后针对国和集团的实际情况，，提出财务战略的制定和实施方案。其中财务战略制定部分，明确提出国和集团财务战略的制定原则，制定步骤和融资战略、投资战略等具体战略的制定；财务战略实施部分，则从财务战略实施方案、实施步骤、保障措施三方面进行了具体说明。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competitive environment facing enterprises is increasingly fierce. In order to survive in the complex environment, the thinking and methods of strategic management are combined with the traditional financial management theory. To plan the financial activities of enterprises from the perspective of long-term development and strategic overall situation, Having the reality and urgency of its development, the correct enterprise strategy plays an important role in promoting the long-term development of the company. Choosing a reasonable financial strategy not only makes the enterprise obtain the orientation and mode of rational resource allocation, It also determines the realization and management efficiency of enterprise strategy. Guohe Group, as a relatively stable automobile group in Hebei Province, its financial strategic management of enterprise groups determines whether the Group can continue to be large and strong in the future development process. Therefore, it is of great strategic significance to study the financial strategy of the group. On the basis of the strategic planning of its enterprise development, this paper will do some research on the financial strategy of the country and the group that are in the ascendant period. With a view to financial strategy in the positioning, generation and other aspects to do some useful compensation. This paper takes the formulation and implementation of the financial strategy of Guohe Group as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the current research situation and the theoretical basis of the financial strategy at home and abroad, and then analyzes the development status of the financial strategy of the Group by using the method of environmental analysis. Finally, according to the actual situation of countries and groups, the formulation and implementation plan of financial strategy is put forward, in which the formulation of financial strategy is made, and the formulation principle of financial strategy of country and group is clearly put forward. The implementation of financial strategy is explained from three aspects: the implementation plan of financial strategy, the steps of implementation and the safeguard measures.
