基于不同生产运行方式的ZJ电厂成本效益分析

【摘要】:天然气是优质清洁高效能源,我国天然气资源丰富,开发利用前景广阔。为满足快速增长的能源需求,随着燃气轮机技术不断完善、成熟,我国大力推广天然气发电。ZJ电厂就是在这样的宏观环境中应运而生。ZJ电厂—期工程建设2台来自美国GE公司技术的9FA型390MW级高效单轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组,所用燃料为进口液化天然气。zJ电厂机组具有效率高、启停快、运行方式灵活、调峰能力强的特点。但是,在实际生产中机组频繁启停、参与调峰,与机组技术和性能初始设计差别很大,加剧了机组设备老化的速度和缩短了设备损毁更换周期,而燃气轮机关键核心技术均由国外制造商掌握与垄断,机组备件和检修维护能力均受制于人;同时燃料供应出现减供情况,这些都导致机组发电效率低、检修维护成本高、经营业绩波动大等一系列问题。本文结合ZJ电厂机组运营实际,就其2010年-2014年生产经营状况,运用趋势分析法、结构分析法、比较分析法等方法对ZJ电厂主要生产经营指标、财务状况、经营成果、现金流量、偿债能力、资产管理能力、盈利能力进行了全面分析,其中对主要成本燃料费和维修费进行了重点分析,并针对性地指出影响zJ电厂经济效益和持续发展的主要问题。在介绍ZJ电厂现行运行方式基础上,从发电热耗、厂用电率的影响因素分析、比较不同运行方式下的经济性,并采取相关性分析方法进一步论证连续运行方式的经济性更优,进而对ZJ电厂提出保持高负荷连续运行方式和加强生产管理的可行建议,以便管理者做出合理决策。
[Abstract]:Natural gas is a kind of high quality clean and efficient energy. China is rich in natural gas resources and has a broad prospect of development and utilization. In order to meet the rapid growth of energy demand, with the gas turbine technology continuously improved and mature, It is in this macroscopic environment that our country vigorously popularizes the natural gas power generation .ZJ power plant. In this macroscopic environment, two units of 9FA type 390MW high-efficiency single-shaft gas-steam combined cycle generator set, which are from the technology of GE Company in the United States, have been built. The fuel used is imported liquefied natural gas .zJ power plant, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, quick start and stop, flexible operation mode and strong peak-shaving ability. However, in actual production, the units frequently start and stop and participate in peak shaving. It is very different from the initial design of unit technology and performance, which exacerbates the speed of equipment aging and shortens the replacement period of equipment damage, while the key core technologies of gas turbine are controlled and monopolized by foreign manufacturers. The spare parts and maintenance capacity of the unit are all controlled by people, and the fuel supply is reduced, which leads to the low efficiency of generating power and the high maintenance cost of the unit. According to the operation practice of ZJ power plant from 2010 to 2014, this paper applies trend analysis method, structure analysis method and comparative analysis method to the main production and management index of ZJ power plant. The financial situation, operating results, cash flow, solvency, asset management ability, profitability are comprehensively analyzed, among which the major cost, fuel and maintenance costs are mainly analyzed. The main problems affecting the economic benefit and sustainable development of ZJ power plant are pointed out. On the basis of introducing the current operation mode of ZJ power plant, the economic efficiency under different operation modes is compared by analyzing the influencing factors of heat consumption and power consumption ratio of power generation. The method of correlation analysis is adopted to further prove that the continuous operation mode is more economical, and then the feasible suggestions of maintaining the high load continuous operation mode and strengthening the production management are put forward to the ZJ power plant, so that the manager can make reasonable decision.
