基于财务视角的食品药品监管成本效益研究

【摘要】：受预算资金的约束,如何有效配置使用监管资金,是食品药品监督管理部门制定政策、开展监管行为前,首先需要解决的问题。本文立足于财务视角,对全国31个省市食品药品监管系统资金使用的"成本-效益"进行逐步多元回归分析,为探讨食品药品监管成本的重点投入项目提供了科学的参考依据。
[Abstract]:Constrained by the budget funds, how to effectively allocate and use the regulatory funds is the first problem to be solved before the food and drug regulatory departments formulate policies and carry out regulatory actions. This paper is based on the financial perspective. A stepwise multivariate regression analysis was carried out on the "cost benefit" of the funds used in the food and drug supervision system in 31 provinces and cities in China, which provided a scientific reference basis for the discussion of the key investment projects of the food and drug supervision costs.
