工科背景下会计人才培养问题探究

【摘要】：在软件工程(会计学)等工科背景下开设的会计学方向是复合型应用型会计信息化人才培养模式的新探索。本文在整理相关院校类似专业的课程设置、培养模式等基本情况下,发现存在着专业的认可度较低、课程设置难度较大、专业学习难度较大、复合性较弱、人才流失等问题,并提出了有针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of engineering such as software engineering (accounting), the direction of accounting is a new exploration of the training mode of compound applied accounting information talents. In this paper, we find that there are some problems such as low recognition of major, difficulty of course setup, difficulty of major learning, weak complexity, brain drain and so on, under the basic conditions of curriculum setting and training mode of similar major in relevant colleges and universities. Some suggestions are put forward.
