龙岩市农业产业化龙头企业融资影响因素的实证研究

【摘要】：“三农”问题与广大农民和农业产业化企业的命运息息相关。长期以来,福建省不断加大对农业产业化龙头企业的发展的支持力度,并将促进农业产业化经营与调整农村经济结构、县域经济发展、项目带动战略的实施、扩大对外开放等紧紧地结合在一起,制定了一系列政策措施,由此产生了一大批特色鲜明、影响力大的农业产业集群,已成为推动地方经济增长、农民增收的主导力量。农业产业化发展的支柱是农业产业化龙头企业,但目前农业产业化龙头企业进行融资时还存在比较多的困难,农业产业化龙头企业融资方面的研究在理论界也比较少。为此,本文以龙岩市农业产业化龙头企业为例,研究农业产业化龙头企业融资的影响因素,为解决农业产业化龙头企业融资难问题提供参考。本文首先综述了企业融资理论、农业产业化融资理论等相关理论,接着对龙岩市农业产业化发展进行了概括说明,对龙岩市农业产业化龙头企业融资影响因素进行了定性分析,然后对问卷调查获得的数据进行了计量分析,最后对解决龙岩市农业龙头企业融资问题提出了对策。得到的主要结论有：从理论上看,农业产业化龙头企业融资影响因素主要包括：治理结构；企业性质；注册资本；财务状况；诚信度；信息制度建设；融资抵押担保；龙头企业的基本特征；企业法人代表的基本特征。但通过对问卷调查获得的数据进行计量分析得到与融资有显著性的因素只有治理结构；企业性质；注册资本；财务状况。通过对龙岩市农业产业化龙头企业融资影响因素的研究,一方面可以使得农业产业化龙头企业清楚了解目前的融资现状,从而可以对融资存在的问题采取更有针对性的策略,使得企业可以得到进一步的发展；另一方面也有利于政府更加了解农业产业化龙头企业的情况,为政府制定相关政策提供更好的参考。
[Abstract]:The issue of agriculture, rural areas and farmers is closely related to the fate of farmers and agricultural industrialization enterprises. For a long time, Fujian Province has continuously increased its support for the development of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, and will promote the management of agricultural industrialization and adjust the rural economic structure, the development of the county economy, and the implementation of the project drive strategy. A series of policies and measures have been formulated, such as opening wider to the outside world. As a result, a large number of agricultural industrial clusters with distinctive characteristics and great influence have become the leading force to promote local economic growth and increase farmers' income. The pillar of the development of agricultural industrialization is the leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization, but there are still many difficulties in financing the leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization at present, and the research on financing of leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization is also relatively few in the theoretical circle. Therefore, this paper takes the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Longyan City as an example to study the factors affecting the financing of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, and to provide a reference for solving the financing difficulties of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization. This paper firstly summarizes the theories of enterprise financing, agricultural industrialization financing and so on, then explains the development of agricultural industrialization in Longyan City, and analyzes qualitatively the factors affecting the financing of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization of Longyan City. Then the data obtained from the questionnaire are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward to solve the financing problem of agricultural leading enterprises in Longyan City. The main conclusions are as follows: theoretically, the influencing factors of financing of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization include: governance structure; enterprise nature; registered capital; financial situation; honesty; information system construction; financing mortgage guarantee; The basic characteristics of leading enterprises and the basic characteristics of corporate representatives. However, through the econometric analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, only governance structure, enterprise nature, registered capital and financial situation are the only factors that have significant effects on financing. Through the study of the factors influencing the financing of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Longyan City, on the one hand, we can make the leading enterprises of the agricultural industrialization understand the current financing situation clearly, so that we can adopt more targeted strategies for the problems existing in the financing. On the other hand, it is helpful for the government to understand the situation of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, and to provide better reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.
