【摘要】:正O2O是一种信息流通过互联网传递、资金流通过线上(在某些特殊情况下也可能是线下)结算,但服务是在线下体验的消费过程。相对于以淘宝、京东为代表的电商模式而言,O2O所消费的商品更多的是某种服务——淘宝的买家并不需要接触卖家就可以获得商品,而O2O的买家往往要和卖家接触才能获得消费体验。从最乐观的想法看,因为存在着人和人之间的接触,所以,理论上买卖双方就会存在某种其他电商所不具有的亲密关系,其后续的商业机会也往往存在
[Abstract]:Positive O _ 2O is a process in which information flows are transmitted via the Internet, and money flows are settled online (or, in some special cases, offline), but services are an off-line experience of consumption. Compared with Taobao, the e-commerce model represented by JingDong is more likely to consume some kind of service-buyers of Taobao do not need to contact the seller to get the goods. And O 2 O buyers often have to contact the seller to get a consumer experience. From the most optimistic point of view, because there is contact between people, in theory there will be some kind of intimate relationship between the buyers and sellers, and the subsequent business opportunities will often exist.
