【摘要】：党的十八大报告提出建设“美丽中国”的愿景是经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设齐头并进,形成五位一体的发展模式,实现中华民族永续发展.“美丽中国”最美在“乡村”,“美丽乡村”建设凸显了生态文明的自然之美、体现了科学发展的和谐之美、展现了温暖感人的人文之美,是“美丽中国”的缩影。2013年宁化县提出“客家风情·美丽乡村”三年行动计划,“美丽乡村”的大力建设,为宁化县湖村镇乡村旅游发展提供了良好的契机。湖村镇是宁化县知名的旅游地,在“美丽乡村”建设的推动下,乡村旅游已成为热点,但是由于缺乏全面的规划导致开发不合理,资源被过度利用,造成生态环境被破坏,部分景点的不合理复制,使乡村旅游失去了自然的本色,乡村旅游过于看中短期效益,发展前景和空间受到局限。笔者在撰写此论文时搜集大量资料,尤其是对国外的乡村旅游方面所取得的经验和成果及国内“美丽乡村”建设、乡村旅游取得的成绩和经验加以分析,以宁化县湖村镇在美丽乡建设中的乡村旅游发展进行实证研究。采用SWOT分析法,通过对宁化县湖村镇乡村旅游的发展现状、前景进行综合分析,并客观分析了湖村镇在旅游业的优劣之处,提出今后宁化县湖村镇乡村旅游发展将会面临的机遇和挑战；通过实地调查法和问卷调查法对宁化县湖村镇乡村旅游情况进行系统全面调查,并以此为基础进行慎密的研究,总结本地旅游资源类型,走访调查了宁化县湖村镇所有的村居,了解了“美丽乡村”建设对发展乡村旅游的影响；最后,结合“美丽乡村”建设“宜居宜业宜游”的目标,提出宁化县湖村镇旅游业发展方向,遵循可持续发展的原则制定具体方案,本论文理论联系实际,具有现实意义。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the vision of building a "beautiful China": economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and the formation of a five-in-one development model. To realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. "Beautiful China" is the most beautiful in the "countryside", "beautiful countryside" construction highlights the natural beauty of ecological civilization, and reflects the harmonious beauty of scientific development. In 2013, Ninghua County put forward a three-year action plan of "Hakka style 路beautiful village", "beautiful village" construction. It has provided a good opportunity for the development of rural tourism in Hucun Town, Ninghua County, which is a well-known tourist destination in Ninghua County, and has become a hot spot under the promotion of the construction of "beautiful village". However, the lack of comprehensive planning leads to unreasonable development, excessive use of resources, resulting in the destruction of the ecological environment, unreasonable replication of some scenic spots, so that rural tourism has lost its natural nature. Rural tourism is too focused on short-term benefits, development prospects and space is limited. The author collected a lot of information when writing this paper. In particular, the experience and achievements of rural tourism abroad and the construction of "beautiful villages" in China, the achievements and experiences of rural tourism are analyzed. This paper makes an empirical study on the development of rural tourism in the construction of beautiful villages and towns in Ninghua County. By using the SWOT analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation and prospects of rural tourism in Hucun Town, Ninghua County. And objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Hucun Town in the tourism industry, and puts forward the opportunities and challenges to the future development of Hucun Village Tourism in Ninghua County. Through the field investigation method and questionnaire survey method to the Ninghua County Hucun village and rural tourism situation of a systematic and comprehensive investigation, and on the basis of careful research, summed up the types of local tourism resources. Visit and investigate all the villages and houses in Lake Town, Ninghua County, and understand the impact of the construction of "beautiful villages" on the development of rural tourism; Finally, combined with the goal of "beautiful village" construction "suitable to live in and suitable for tourism", the paper puts forward the development direction of tourism in Hucun town, Ninghua county, and follows the principle of sustainable development to formulate specific plan. This paper combines theory with practice. It is of practical significance.
