河南省旅游教育支撑河南旅游产业发展研究

【摘要】：当前旅游业已经成为推动地区经济发展的重要因素，成为当前全国及各省市区开放型经济体系的重要内容。旅游业在经济发展的多方面具有十分重要的作用，例如增加就业需求、创造外汇收入、促进全省乃至全国经济发展等。旅游业的高速发展必然使得旅游相关企业需要大量的高素质的专业人才，例如旅游酒店管理人才，旅行社经营人才，旅游景区规划人才等。旅游院校作为我国培养高素质旅游人才的摇篮，应该为我国旅游业人才的输出把好关。然而，现状却是旅游专业毕业生的就业存在着一系列问题。本文结合河南的实际情况，对旅游产业与旅游教育发展现状、特点及未来发展趋势进行了系统的分析。通过实证研究分析了河南省旅游产业与旅游教育互动发展中存在的问题，涉及政府作用不突出、体制不协调、交流合作不足、专业设置滞后于市场需求以及师资问题等5个方面。在此基础上，分别从发挥政府作用，推动校企合作、加强高校就业辅导功能、以旅游业市场导向设置专业及提高师资队伍的整体水平等5个方面对河南省旅游教育如何支撑旅游产业发展及二者如何协调发展提出相应的对策和建议。从而优化河南旅游产业与旅游教育，为实现两者协调发展提供参考，实现河南旅游产业与旅游教育共同可持续发展。论文共分为四个部分：第一部分为引论。分析课题提出的背景以及研究的现状，，阐述了课题的研究意义及创新之处，介绍课题的研究方法。第二部分为河南省旅游产业与旅游教育发展现状以及二者协调发展中存在的问题分析。在对河南省旅游教育与旅游产业发展概况进行综述后，结合相关统计数据，分析了河南省旅游教育存在的问题，涉及政府作用不突出、体制不协调、交流合作不足、专业设置滞后于市场需求以及师资问题等5个方面。从而为旅游教育支撑旅游产业发展提出对策与建议提供参考。第三部分为实证分析。通过制作雷达图直观反映系统的协调度，给旅游产业和旅游教育协调发展程度一种简捷直观表现方式。第四部分为对策与建议。在河南省旅游教育支撑旅游产业发展存在的问题分析的基础上，分别从发挥政府作用，推动校企合作、加强高校就业辅导功能、以旅游业市场导向设置专业及提高师资队伍的整体水平等5个方面对河南省旅游教育如何支撑旅游产业发展及二者如何协调发展提出相应的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:The tourism industry has become an important factor in promoting regional economic development, has become an important part of the national and provincial areas and open economy. Tourism industry plays an important role in many aspects of economic development, such as increasing demand for employment, creating foreign income, promote the province and the national economic development. The rapid development of the tourism industry is inevitable the tourism industry needs a large number of high-quality professionals, such as Turisthotellet management personnel, travel agency personnel, tourism planning personnel. As China's cradle of tourism colleges to cultivate high quality talents of tourism, should be good for the output of China's tourism industry talents. However, the status quo is tourism graduates employment exist a series of problems.
In this paper, combined with the actual situation in Henan, the tourism industry and tourism education development status, characteristics and future development trend were analyzed. Through the empirical research the interactive development of tourism education and tourism industry in Henan Province in the analysis of issues involving the government role is not prominent, system coordination, communication and cooperation, the professional setting lag from the market demand and the problem of teachers in 5 aspects. On this basis, respectively, from the play the role of government, promote the school enterprise cooperation, strengthen the function of university employment guidance, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to coordinate the development of the tourism industry to set the overall level of market orientation and high professional teachers in 5 aspects of tourism education in Henan province how to support the development of the tourism industry and the two party. In order to optimize the Henan tourism industry and education, to provide reference for the realization of the coordinated development of Henan tourism industry, implementation The sustainable development of industry and tourism education.
The thesis is divided into four parts:
The first part is the introduction. It analyzes the background and the status of the research, expounds the significance and innovation of the subject, and introduces the research methods of the subject.
The second part is the analysis of the coordinated development of Henan province tourism education and tourism industry development status and problems in two. In the overview of the development of tourism education and tourism industry in Henan Province, combined with relevant statistical data, analyzes the existing problems of tourism education in Henan Province, involving the role of government is not prominent, system coordination lack of exchanges and cooperation, the professional setting lags behind the market demand and the problem of teachers in 5 aspects. The third part is the empirical analysis. By making radar map, it can directly reflect the coordination degree of the system, and give a simple and direct way of showing the coordinated development degree of tourism industry and tourism education.
The fourth part is countermeasures and suggestions.
