基于灰色系统理论的山东滨海旅游产业竞争力研究

【摘要】:随着海洋时代的到来,滨海旅游业的发展令人瞩目,滨海旅游业也逐渐成为世界旅游业中最重要的组成部分,滨海旅游产业竞争力也相应成为衡量滨海旅游业强弱的标准。同时,我国目前在世界旅游业中只能算是旅游大国,而不是旅游强国,然而我国却具有那些旅游强国所无法比拟的海洋旅游资源优势,因而如何提升中国滨海旅游产业竞争力成为了建立旅游强国所必先解决的问题。 山东省有着丰富的海洋旅游资源,,近几年来,在建设山东半岛蓝色海洋经济区的整体规划下,滨海旅游产业发展迅猛,滨海旅游产业竞争力不断增强。本文在查阅国内外滨海旅游产业竞争力的相关学术文献的基础上,运用竞争力理论,灰色系统理论,产业经济学理论等创新性的选取山东省滨海7市作为研究对象,对滨海7市的旅游产业进行了深入研究,并在借鉴国内外滨海旅游先进城市的旅游发展经验,分别从单个因素和整体两个方面给出了相关的政策建议。首先,系统的介绍了山东省滨海城市:青岛,东营,潍坊,威海,日照,滨州的地理状况。然后,根据波特菱形竞争力模型所介绍的影响竞争力的主要因素,系统的介绍了滨海7市旅游资源,人力资源,企业资源,交通资源和环境资源的发展现状,在此基础上,选取滨海7市的旅游总收入来代表滨海旅游产业竞争力作为参考数列,入境游客人数,国内游客人数,人均可支配收入,住宿业和餐饮业的营业额,住宿业和餐饮业的从业人数以及客运量作为比较数列,以2005至2010年为时间段,运用灰色相关分析的方法定量的对山东省滨海7市旅游产业竞争力进行了详细分析。研究结果表明:住宿业和餐饮业的营业额,入境游客人数以及国内游客人数对于滨海旅游产业竞争力有着重大影响,而人均可支配收入,客运量,住宿业和餐饮业的营业额和从业人数在指数对比上虽然小于住宿业和餐饮业的营业额,入境游客人数以及国内游客人数的灰色关联度,但整体上仍然高于0.5的标准线,这表明了人均可支配收入,客运量,住宿业和餐饮业的营业额和从业人数也是影响滨海旅游产业竞争力的重要影响因素。 文章最后,通过对影响滨海旅游产业竞争力各个影响因素的定量分析,得出了影响因素对滨海旅游产业竞争力的影响力度,结合波特的菱形竞争模型,对影响滨海旅游产业竞争力的八个因素,提出了相应的滨海旅游产业竞争力对策与措施。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of the remarkable development of marine, coastal tourism, coastal tourism industry has gradually become the most important part of the world tourism industry, coastal tourism industry competitiveness has become a measure of coastal tourism strength standard. At the same time, our country in the world's tourism industry is the major tourist destination, rather than travel power however, our country has the advantage that the marine tourism resources tourism power incomparable, so how to improve the competitiveness of coastal tourism industry has become a Chinese tourism power must first solve the problem.
Shandong province is rich in marine tourism resources, in recent years, in the overall planning of the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Ocean Economic Zone, coastal tourism industry is developing rapidly, continuously enhance the competitiveness of coastal tourism industry. Based on the related literature at home and abroad on the competitiveness of the coastal tourism industry, based on the theory of competitiveness, grey system theory, theory of industrial economics and other innovative selection of coastal Shandong Province, 7 cities as the research object, the 7 coastal cities of the tourism industry is studied, and in reference to the domestic and foreign advanced experience of coastal tourism city tourism development, respectively from the two aspects of individual factors and give some policy suggestions. First of all, introduces the system of the coastal city of Shandong Province: Qingdao, Dongying, Weifang, Weihai, Rizhao, Binzhou geographical conditions. Then, according to the influence of Potter diamond competitiveness model introduced The main factors of competitiveness, introduced the system of 7 coastal tourism resources, human resources, business resources, the current situation of the development of traffic and environmental resources, on this basis, selects 7 coastal city tourism revenue to represent the competitiveness of coastal tourism industry as reference sequence, the number of inbound tourists, domestic tourists, the per capita disposable income accommodation and catering industry, the number of employees turnover, compared the sequence as the accommodation and catering industry and passenger volume, from 2005 to 2010 for the time period, using the grey correlation analysis of the quantitative method of Shandong Province 7 coastal city tourism competitiveness are analyzed in detail. The results show that: the accommodation and catering industry the turnover, the number of inbound tourists and domestic tourists have a significant effect on the competitiveness of the coastal tourism industry, and the per capita disposable income, passenger traffic, accommodation and catering industry The turnover and number of employees in the index contrast, although less than the accommodation industry and catering industry turnover, grey correlation degree the number of inbound tourists and domestic tourists, but on the whole is still higher than the standard line 0.5, which shows that the per capita disposable income, passenger volume, important factors of accommodation and catering industry turnover and number of employees but also affect the competitiveness of the coastal tourism industry.
Finally, through the analysis of the quantitative effects of various factors that influence the competitiveness of coastal tourism industry, its influence on the competitiveness of the coastal tourism industry, combined with Potter's diamond competition model, the influence of eight factors on competitiveness of the coastal tourism industry, puts forward countermeasures and measures of competitiveness of coastal tourism industry accordingly.
