【摘要】：【目的】对山东半岛蓝色经济区海岛休闲渔业的开发状况进行评价,并提出进一步的开发策略,为海岛休闲渔业健康发展提供参考。【方法】运用综合归纳法构建海岛休闲渔业开发的评价模型树,采用层次分析法对山东半岛蓝色经济区海岛集中的青岛、烟台、威海和日照4个有代表性地区的休闲渔业开发状况进行评价。【结果】山东半岛蓝色经济区4个有代表性地区海岛休闲渔业开发评价的综合得分高低次序为:青岛烟台威海日照,表明在山东半岛海岛休闲渔业开发最好的是青岛,之后依次是烟台、威海和日照;就海岛休闲渔业开发综合得分的级别而言,青岛和烟台得分在30～40,属于Ⅱ级,威海和日照的得分在20～30分,属于Ⅲ级;海岛休闲渔业开发综合得分较高的青岛和烟台也仅30多分,说明山东半岛蓝色经济区海岛休闲渔业的整体发展水平仍然偏低;就开发条件而言,即使分数最低的日照也达到22.5078分,但就开发水平而言,仅烟台和青岛在7.5000分以上,表明这4个地区满足休闲渔业的开发条件,但其开发水平有待提高。【建议】应积极修复海洋渔业资源、构建现代综合交通网络、制定合理的发展规划、健全相关的法律和法规、拓展休闲渔业资金来源、开发和设计有特色的休闲渔业产品,以促进山东半岛蓝色经济区海岛休闲渔业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the development of island leisure fishery in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, and to put forward further development strategies. [methods] the comprehensive inductive method was used to construct the evaluation model tree of island leisure fishery development, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to Qingdao, where the islands in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula were concentrated. Yantai. The development status of recreational fishery in four representative areas of Weihai and Rizhao were evaluated. [results] the comprehensive scores of the evaluation of recreational fishery in the four representative areas of blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula were as follows:. Qingdao Yantai Weihai sunshine. The results show that Qingdao is the best recreational fishery in Shandong Peninsula, followed by Yantai, Weihai and Rizhao. As far as the comprehensive score of island leisure fishery development is concerned, Qingdao and Yantai have a score of 30 ~ 40, belonging to grade 鈪，
