【摘要】：生态旅游是以可持续发展为核心理念,以自然生态和社会生态为主要旅游载体,以观赏和感受生态环境,普及生态意识,维护生态平衡为目的的一种新兴旅游。生态旅游有效地解决了大力发展旅游业与旅游区周边环境保护之间的矛盾,使自然资源的开发与环境的保护之间实现平衡发展,实现社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的协调发展。当前,生态旅游已经成为旅游业发展的必然趋势,同时也是世界各国和地区发展旅游业的首选方式。烟台市是我国首批沿海开放城市和北方著名的海滨旅游城市,旅游业发达。本文围绕烟台市生态旅游可持续发展论题开展研究,首先概述了国内外生态旅游研究成果,运用可持续发展、生态环境伦理等相关理论,采用SWOT法,分析与评价生态旅游的资源特点、发展环境,寻找适合当地生态旅游发展的目标和途径,明确生态旅游规划重点,并针对当前生态旅游发展过程中存在的问题,提出切实有效的改进对策,促进烟台市生态旅游的可持续发展。研究结果表明,一方面烟台市旅游资源丰富,旅游资源类型多样,自然景观与人文景观都极富特色,非常适合开展生态旅游；另一方面海岛生态系统较为脆弱,旅游资源季节性偏强,旅游设施较为落后。研究认为烟台市生态旅游的重点是打造中心城市生态旅游区、蓬长龙生态旅游区、西南生态旅游区等三大重点旅游区域,打造滨海黄金海岸生态旅游区、蓬莱仙境---南山山地生态旅游区、葡萄酒城文化休闲旅游区、莱阳乡村农业生态旅游区和黄金之都招远工业旅游区等品牌产品,积极推广烟台市“葡萄酒城”和“仙境海岸”的旅游形象。基于此目标,烟台市在发展生态旅游时,坚持保护性开发的理念,不断优化生态旅游产业结构和产品,紧抓旅游资源管理,提升服务质量,将生态旅游打造成烟台市的一张闪耀名片。这将促进烟台市生态旅游业的发展,同时有助于将烟台市建设成为国家级精品生态旅游目的地。
[Abstract]:Ecotourism takes sustainable development as the core concept, natural ecology and social ecology as the main tourism carrier, to appreciate and feel the ecological environment, and to popularize ecological consciousness. A new type of tourism with the aim of maintaining ecological balance. Ecotourism has effectively solved the contradiction between vigorously developing tourism and environmental protection around tourism areas. At present, ecotourism has become an inevitable trend of tourism development, so as to achieve a balanced development between the exploitation of natural resources and the protection of the environment, and to achieve the coordinated development of social, economic and environmental benefits. At the same time, it is also the preferred way to develop tourism in all countries and regions of the world. Yantai is one of the first coastal open cities in China and the famous coastal tourism city in the north. This paper focuses on the sustainable development of ecological tourism in Yantai. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of ecotourism at home and abroad, and analyzes and evaluates the characteristics and development environment of ecotourism resources by using the theories of sustainable development, ecological environment ethics and SWOT method. In order to find suitable targets and approaches for the development of local ecotourism, this paper clarifies the key points of eco-tourism planning, and puts forward practical and effective countermeasures to improve the development of ecotourism in the light of the existing problems in the process of eco-tourism development. To promote the sustainable development of ecological tourism in Yantai. The results show that, on the one hand, Yantai City is rich in tourism resources, various types of tourism resources, natural landscape and human landscape are very rich characteristics, very suitable for the development of eco-tourism; On the other hand, the island ecosystem is relatively fragile, tourism resources are seasonal strong, tourism facilities are relatively backward. It is considered that the focus of ecological tourism in Yantai is to create a central city eco-tourism area, Peng Changlong eco-tourism area. Southwest ecotourism area and other three key tourist areas to create coastal gold coast eco-tourism area, Penglai fairyland -Nanshan mountain ecotourism area, wine city cultural leisure tourism area. Based on this goal, we actively promote the tourism image of "wine city" and "fairyland coast" in Yantai city by brand products such as rural agricultural eco-tourism area and Zhaoyuan industrial tourism area, the golden capital of Laiyang. Yantai city in the development of eco-tourism, adhere to the concept of protective development, constantly optimize the industrial structure of eco-tourism and products, adhere to the management of tourism resources, improve the quality of service. This will promote the development of ecological tourism in Yantai, and will help to build Yantai into a national fine ecotourism destination.
