【摘要】:随着移动互联网技术的不断成熟,以及智能手机等移动终端设备的普及,人们逐渐习惯了使用移动应用客服端(即APP)上网的方式。国内各大门户网站也陆续开始向移动端布局,纷纷推出对应的移动APP来占据一定的移动网络市场空间。而APP的商业使用也已经开始初露锋芒。随着移动互联网越来越开放化,APP从起初的移动网络布局向移动互联网商业活动发展,衍生出诸如营销、在线交易等诸多形式。总之,在移动互联网时代APP的作用和优势都将会愈发明显。 与此同时,国内各大旅游企业也开始重视旅游APP的开发。尤其是各个在线旅游企业都已经推出了较为成熟的旅游APP,例如去哪儿网已经开发了包括去哪儿旅行、去哪儿攻略、去哪儿酒店等在内的6款APP,全面覆盖用户旅行前、旅行中、旅行后的各类需求。目前移动互联网上旅游相关APP种类较多,把OTA(Online Travel Agent)的标准模式搬到移动互联网上,例如迷途,酒店管家,如家酒店等;记录旅行经历的UGC(User Generated Content)类,例如在路上,面包旅行等;以马蜂窝为突出代表的攻略类等。由此可见,这些以提供旅游信息为主的移动互联网应用软件有力的完善了旅游信息服务,旅游者获取信息的内容更加详尽、快捷、方便。APP使移动和旅行实现了高度切合,因此必然受到了热衷移动网络旅游者的热捧。此外,旅游界内“智慧旅游”的呼声日渐高涨,各级政府及旅游主管部门,开始注重旅游信息化服务,第一批18座智慧旅游试点城市取得了一定的成绩之后,全国多家旅游目的地城市开始加强旅游信息化服务。开发旅游目的地APP,扩大免费无线WIFI覆盖区域等举措也陆续出现。 而现有的基于APP的旅游目的地信息化服务还存在一定上升空间,旅游目的地APP的开发也处于起步阶段,暴露出诸如用户体验不足等问题。为了不断完善旅游目的地的信息化服务,更好地满足现阶段旅游市场信息需求,使得本研究有其必要性。 本文主要分为五个部分:第一部分主要阐明研究背景和意义,交代研究方法和框架。第二部分是文献综述。首先开始梳理有关结合用户体验视角的信息化服务的相关研究文献;随后对信息服务中的旅游决策理论与用户行为理论展开述评;最后分别对国内外旅游信息服务研究现状做出归纳。第三部分主要是运用扎根理论的方法,对旅游目的地智能手机APP旅游信息服务要素展开研究。笔者对在自助背包旅行中结识的一些有过旅游相关APP使用经历的驴友进行半开放式访谈,获取研究资料,借助MaxQda软件完成扎根理论的编码过程,即开放式编码、主轴式编码、开放式编码。得出了旅游目的地APP信息服务要素包括项目要素、情景要素、互动要素、结果要素四个核心要素。并结合相关研究提出了旅游目的地APP体验化信息服务要素模型。第四部分主要是结合上一部分的结论提出了旅游目的地APP信息服务体验化设计框架,为旅游目的地APP的设计提供参考。第五部分为研究提出总结,并提出研究展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet technology continues to mature, the popularity of mobile intelligent terminal equipment and mobile phone etc., people gradually accustomed to using mobile application client (APP) access to the Internet. The major portals have also started the layout of the mobile terminal, have launched mobile APP corresponding to occupy a certain market space and mobile network. The commercial use of APP has also started with mobile Internet begin to display talents more and more open, the development of APP mobile network layout from the first to the mobile Internet business activities, such as derivative marketing, online transactions and other forms. In short, in the mobile Internet era, the role of APP and advantages will become more apparent.
At the same time, the domestic tourism enterprises have begun to attach importance to the development of tourism APP. Especially in the various online travel companies have launched a mature tourism APP, such as where the network has been developed including where to travel, where to go to the hotel where the Raiders, including 6 APP, comprehensive coverage of the user before the trip, travel in the travel after the various needs. The current mobile internet tourism related APP more types of OTA (Online Travel Agent) standard model to mobile Internet, such as lost, the hotel housekeeper, Home Inn, etc.; record the travel experience of UGC (User Generated Content), such as on the road, traveling to the bread; a beehive for outstanding representatives of the Raiders and so on. Thus, these to provide travel information based mobile Internet application software effectively improves the tourism information service, tourist information in More detailed, fast, convenient to move and travel.APP to achieve a high degree of fit, so must have been keen to mobile network tourists blitz. In addition, the tourism industry of the wisdom of tourism are growing, all levels of government and tourism authorities, tourism began to focus on the information service, after the first batch of 18 seat smart travel pilot the city has made some achievements, the number of tourist destination city began to strengthen the tourism information service. The development of tourism destination APP, expand free wireless WIFI coverage area and other initiatives are expected.
While the existing APP tourism destination information service based on there is a certain increase in space, the development of tourism destination APP are still in the initial stage, exposed such as user experience problems. In order to constantly improve the information service of tourism destination, to better meet the information needs of the tourism market at this stage, it is necessary to make the research.
This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly explains the research background and significance, explain the research methods and framework. The second part is the literature review. First literature review related research about information service combined with the user experience perspective; then the theory of tourism decision-making theory and user behavior of information service in the expanded review; finally the domestic and foreign tourism research information service status are summarized. The third part is mainly using the method of grounded theory, research on the tourism destination APP of intelligent mobile phone travel information service elements. The author of the met in self-help Backpack Travel some experienced travel related APP to tour pal semi open interviews, access to research data, complete the encoding process of grounded theory with MaxQda software, open encoding, spindle type encoding, open the destination encoding. The APP information service elements including project elements, situational elements, interactive elements, the elements of the four core elements. Combined with the related research and put forward the tourism destination APP experience elements of information service model. The fourth part is mainly based on the part of the conclusion and put forward the design framework of tourism destination APP information service experience, to provide the reference for the design of tourism destination APP. The fifth part is the research summary, and puts forward the research prospect.
