【摘要】:冰雪旅游是一种集观光、娱乐、健身、运动于一体的现代旅游产品,越来越受到人们的喜爱。据统计,目前世界上每年约有数十亿的人次参与冰雪旅游,直接的收益达数百亿美元,发展前景十分可观。哈尔滨地处我国的东北部,优越的地理位置和气候特征赋予了哈尔滨得天独厚的冰雪资源,为开展冰雪旅游提供了雄厚的基础条件。尽管如此,哈尔滨冰雪旅游的发展距离国际水平还有相当的差距,同时面临着国内市场的激烈竞争,要想更好的发展哈尔滨冰雪旅游,应当从冰雪旅游资源的开发着手进行研究。本文从游客体验的角度对哈尔滨冰雪旅游资源的开发做了系统的分析研究。 文章在参考了大量的国内外相关文献的基础上,通过问卷调查对哈尔滨冰雪旅游资源游客体验进行了调查统计,首先应用Excel对游客的人口学特征、旅游行为特征进行了统计分析,以及游客的客源地市场进行了划分,另外运用SPSS软件着重对游客体验的各要素做了因子分析,构建并验证了哈尔滨冰雪旅游资源游客体验要素模型,将哈尔滨冰雪旅游资源游客体验要素重新划分为了旅游环境体验、旅游活动体验、旅游基础服务体验、服务与基础设施体验及配套设施体验五个方面。之后运用方差分析对游客的人口学特征和旅游行为特征与游客体验各要素之间是否存在着显著性差异进行了分析,结论表明在众多的游客特征中,游客的学历水平与旅游环境体验,职业与环境体验、基础服务体验、配套设施体验,月收入水平与环境体验、服务与基础设施体验、配套设施体验有着显著性差异;游客旅游行为特征方面,游客是否初次来哈与环境体验、旅游基础服务、服务与基础设施和配套设施有显著性差异;游客的出游形式则对每一个体验因子均存在较大差异。在此基础上,本文提出了分级开发旅游客源市场、营造旅游环境、开发旅游活动、完善旅游服务与改善旅游设施五个方面的开发对策与建议,以期为哈尔滨冰雪旅游资源的开发提供一定的理论依据和开发建议。
[Abstract]:The ice snow tourism is a kind of sightseeing, entertainment, fitness, modern sports tourism products in one of the more and more popular. According to statistics, every year around the world there are billions of people involved in the ice and snow tourism, direct revenue amounting to tens of billions of dollars, the development prospects are very impressive. Harbin is located in Northeast of China Department of geographical location and climatic characteristics of the superior gives Harbin richly endowed by nature ice and snow resources, provides a solid basis for the condition for developing the ice snow tourism. Nevertheless, the Harbin ice and snow tourism development from the international level there is a considerable gap, while facing the fierce competition in the domestic market, in order to better development of Harbin ice and snow tourism, it should be from the the development of ice snow tourism resources are studied. The development of Harbin ice and snow tourism resources in this paper from the perspective of the tourist experience is analyzed systematically.
This paper based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature, through the questionnaire survey on the Harbin ice and snow tourism resources tourists experience for the survey, the first application of Excel on the demographic characteristics of tourists, travel behavior characteristics were analyzed, and the tourist source of tourists market were divided, do the factor analysis using other elements SPSS software focused on the tourist experience, the establishment and validation of experience factor model of Harbin ice and snow tourism resources of Harbin tourists, visitors experience the elements of ice and snow tourism resources in order to re division of tourism environment experience, tourism experience, tourism based service experience, service experience and infrastructure and facilities experience five aspects. After using analysis of variance feature with the tourist demographic characteristics and travel behavior of tourists between the various elements of experience whether there are significant differences were Analysis results show that in many of the characteristics of tourists, tourists and tourism environmental education level and occupation experience, environment experience, basic service experience, facilities experience, income level and experience of environment, service and infrastructure facilities experience, experience has a significant difference; tourists travel behavior, whether the first time visitors come and experience based tourism services, services and infrastructure and facilities have significant differences; the tourist travel form of each experience factor are quite different. Based on the proposed classification of the development of tourist market, creating a tourism environment, tourism development, development countermeasures and suggestions five aspects of tourism services and improve tourism facilities, in order to provide theoretical basis and development suggestion of certain development for the Harbin ice and snow tourism resources.
