【摘要】:随着旅游市场需求的快速成长,以及国内外经济形势的不断变化,国家对旅游业的发展要求也提到了更新的高度:保持旅游业持续较快发展,加快培育旅游消费热点,大力转变旅游业发展方式,全面提升旅游业发展的质量和效益。旅游景区作为旅游活动的主要承载地,其发展质量对旅游业研究具有重大意义。 目前景区质量研究官方缺乏明确的体系,偏重于经济效益评价,最常用的指标是:总收入、增长率、接待量等;学术界缺乏系统、整体的标准,偏重于环境效益评价。从景区质量整体来看,应该包括经济、环境、可持续性、社区利益等与景区相关的各个方面综合评价,这是一个大而广的整体评价,仅靠其中几个指标很难概括整体情况,,要做全所有指标又是一项复杂且庞大的工程。本文转换思路,提出景区体验质量的监测研究。 本文以互动网络技术为基础,针对已有景区评价研究所存在的问题,通过构建一套行之有效的景区体验质量监测体系对景区质量好坏的界定、景区体验质量的监测方法进行了研究。并且在以下几个方面获得了一些新认识: (1)本文构建的景区体验质量监测体系合理且实用。监测依据简洁、定性与定量相结合的研究方法更科学、信息数据具有动态连续性、监测结果可比性更高。研究内容符合旅游企业的发展需求,对景区质量的评价是一个积极的探索,对后续的深入研究具有重要的指导意义。 (2)通过实证研究修正了监测体系的不足:选择完全合乎监测规则的网站作为数据来源,并不断查找添加新的符合要求的网站;增加一条要求,对转发内容进行的评价信息也不计入统计范围。监测体系只有通过反复的修正和补充,才能得到不断完善。 (3)景区体验质量的比较分析能为景区提供有价值的发展建议。一方面,监测结果的横向比较能使景区及时掌控体验质量的发展变化,并采取应对措施降低负向情感的比例;另一方面,监测结果的纵向比较能使景区从差距中获得发展进动力,不断提升景区品质。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism market demand and the changing economic situation both at home and abroad , the country ' s demands for tourism development also mentioned the updated height : the sustainable development of tourism , accelerated the development of tourism consumption , energetically changed the way of tourism development and comprehensively promoted the quality and benefit of tourism development . The tourism scenic spot is the main carrier of tourism activity , and its development quality is of great significance to tourism research . At present , the official lack of clear system of the quality of the scenic spot , focusing on the economic benefit evaluation , the most commonly used index is : the total income , the growth rate , the reception quantity and so on ; the academic circle lacks the system , the whole standard , the focus on the environmental benefit evaluation . From the whole view of the quality of the scenic spot , it should include economy , environment , sustainability , community benefit and other comprehensive evaluation of various aspects related to the scenic spot . Based on the interactive network technology , aiming at the problems existing in the existing scenic spot evaluation research institute , this paper studies the definition of the quality of the scenic spot and the monitoring method of the quality of the scenic spot by constructing a set of effective quality monitoring system of scenic spot experience . ( 1 ) The quality monitoring system of scenic spot experience is reasonable and practical . The monitoring method is more scientific , the information data has the dynamic continuity and the monitoring result is higher . The research content is consistent with the development demand of the tourism enterprise , and the evaluation of the quality of the scenic spot is a positive exploration , which has important guiding significance for the subsequent study . ( 2 ) The deficiency of the monitoring system is corrected through the empirical research : selecting the website which is completely in accordance with the monitoring rule as the data source , and finding the newly qualified website continuously ; adding a requirement , and the evaluation information of the forwarding content is not counted into the statistical range ; and the monitoring system can be perfected only through repeated amendments and supplements . ( 3 ) The comparative analysis of the quality of experience in the scenic spot can provide valuable development suggestions for the scenic spot . On the one hand , the lateral comparison of the monitoring results enables the scenic spot to control the development of experience quality in a timely manner , and take countermeasures to reduce the proportion of negative emotion ; on the other hand , the longitudinal comparison of the monitoring results enables the scenic spot to obtain the development power from the gap and improve the quality of the scenic spot .
