【摘要】:21世纪是全球进入知识经济时代,创意产业的快速发展被认为是发达国家或地区经济高速增长的标志。因此,在最近几年,许多国家或地区比如日本、美国、新加坡以及我国一些发达城市将创意产业作为当地的支柱产业,并采用许多政策和措施推动创意产业发展。上海作为一个国际大都市,已经意识到创意产业的重要性,在积极引进创意企业过程中,建立不同的创意产业园区,并提出打造“创意之都”的口号。创意产业园快速建立为旅游业提供了新的旅游资源,加速了旅游与创意产业的融合,如何利用创意产业园进行旅游开发成为当前研究重点。 本文基于上海78家创意产业园,对上海创意产业园概况进行梳理,并利用pest分析法分析上海创意产业园政治、经济、社会和技术四个方面的宏观环境。在分析创意产业园旅游开发现状和存在问题基础上,分析问题存在原因,并提出基于体验视角的创意产业园旅游开发策略。本文共有四个部分: 第一部分,包括第一章绪论和第二章创意产业旅游开发相关理论。第一章介绍了本文研究背景、内容、目的和方法。对国内外创意产业研究进行了研究。第二章包括创意产业、旅游创意产业及创意旅游创意产业园的概念和特征,产业融合体验经济等理论内容。 第二部分,本文第三章。主要对上海创意产业园概况和创意产业园与旅游相关关系进行研究。 第三部分,包括第四章和第五章。第四章,利用pest分析法分析上海创意产业园旅游开发政治、经济、社会和技术四个条件。第五章,根据上海创意产业园旅游发展的现有情况,分析其在开发发展和经营过程中存在的三个主要问题,并进一步挖掘问题背后的原因。 第四部分,本文的第六章,主要基于体验视角,针对存在的普遍和主要问题,结合自身国外发展经验和自身理论储备,提出针对上海创意产业园旅游开发的产品策略和营销策略。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century the world is entering the era of knowledge economy, the rapid development of creative industry is considered to be a symbol of the developed country or area of rapid growth. Therefore, in recent years, many countries or regions such as Japan, the United States, Singapore as well as some of our city will be developed creative industries as the local pillar industry, and adopted many policies and measures to promote the development of creative industries. Shanghai is an international metropolis, has realized the importance of creative industry, creative enterprises are actively introducing process, establish different creative industrial park, and put forward to build the "creative city" slogan. The rapid establishment of Creative Industry Park provides new tourism resources for the tourism industry, accelerate the integration of tourism and creative industries, how to make use of the creative industry park tourism development has become the focus of current research.
The 78 Shanghai Creative Industry Park Based on analyzing the general situation of Shanghai Creative Industry Park, and uses PEST method to analyze Shanghai Creative Industry Park of political, economic, social and environmental aspects of the four macro technology. In the analysis of Creative Industry Park tourism development situation and existing problems on the basis of existing problems and put forward the cause analysis, experience from the perspective of Creative Industry Park Based on the strategy of tourism development. This paper consists of four parts:
The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter of creative industry tourism development theory. The first chapter introduces the research background, content, purpose and methods. Research on creative industries at home and abroad were studied. The second chapter includes tourism and creative industries, creative industries and creative tourism concept and characteristics of Creative Industry Park, industrial integration the experience economy theory.
The second part, the third chapter of this article, mainly studies the general situation of the Creative Industrial Park in Shanghai and the relationship between the creative industrial park and tourism.
The third part includes the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter. The fourth chapter analysis the Shanghai creative industry development park tourism economy by pest, political, social and technical conditions of four. In the fifth chapter, according to the current situation of Shanghai creative industry park tourism development, analysis of the three main problems existing in its development and management in the process of, and further explore the reasons behind the problem.
The fourth part, the sixth chapter of this paper, mainly based on the experience perspective, aiming at the common and main problems, combined with their own foreign experience and their own theoretical reserves, puts forward product strategies and marketing strategies for tourism development of Shanghai creative industrial park.
