【摘要】：以经济全球化为基础的区域旅游一体化进程已经成为当今国际旅游市场发展的重要趋势,区域旅游一体化在打造国际知名旅游品牌、提升旅游便利化、降低旅游成本、提升区域旅游竞争力及合理化区域各成员之间竞争与合作方面具有明显的优势。在全世界范围内,随着世界经济格局的发展演变,无论是发达国家或发展中国家都进行了区域旅游联合的尝试,如欧盟无障碍旅游区、我国的长三角、珠三角等地的区域旅游合作已经初见成效并逐步走向深化。云南与老挝山水相连,旅游资源丰富,社会和文化具有一定的共同之处,具有开展区域旅游合作明显的区位优势及资源优势。进入新世纪,随着世界旅游重心向亚太地区的转移,云南与老挝都立足于本国旅游发展现状,分别提出了进一步扩大对外开放,加强区域旅游联合促进区域旅游产品转型升级的发展战略。GMS及中国—东盟自由贸易区合作进程的深化,为云南及老挝区域旅游合作提供了良好的合作平台和机遇。两国若立足于本国资源优势,着眼于世界旅游发展趋势,树立“大旅游,大融合,大产业,大发展”的理念,两国的旅游合作发展必将大有可为。论文的写作共分六章。第一章导论,介绍了论文选题的国际及区域背景、研究意义、研究内容、论文研究框架、研究方法等。第二章为本论文的理论篇,论述了区域旅游合作的发展历程、成果及支持本文研究的理论基础。第三、四章为论文的实证部分。第三章首先论述了云南与老挝地理位置、地形地貌、气候特征、旅游资源的基本格局、一级旅游资源(对国际游客具备较强吸引力的旅游资源)的基本特征,详细分析了两地旅游资源的差异性和互补性；接着介绍了云南与老挝旅游发展现状,两地的交通格局及未来发展趋势,对两地入境游客的地域结构特征及行为特征进行了对比：最后对两地旅游合作现状及所存在问题进行论述。第四章在第三章论述的基础上以区域旅游合作动力系统理论为指导详细论述了云南与老挝进行区域旅游合作的动力系统,论证了云南与老挝旅游合作的可行性和必要性,指出云南与老挝旅游合作基础良好、动力十足、前景广阔。第五章,综合以上分析,论述滇、老应遵循逐步开放、有序合作的原则,建立集多元主体共同参与、多层主体互访、有力的保障体系为一体的综合合作机制,并有针对性的提出了相关合作对策及建议。第六章对全文进行了总结与展望。
[Abstract]:The process of regional tourism integration based on economic globalization has become an important trend in the development of international tourism market. Regional tourism integration is building international well-known tourism brands and promoting tourism facilitation. There are obvious advantages in reducing tourism costs, enhancing regional tourism competitiveness and rationalizing competition and cooperation among regional members. In the world, with the development of the world economic pattern, there are obvious advantages. Both developed and developing countries have made a joint attempt of regional tourism, such as the EU barrier-free tourism zone, China's Yangtze River Delta. Regional tourism cooperation in the Pearl River Delta and other places has achieved initial results and gradually deepened. Yunnan and Laos are linked by mountains and rivers, rich in tourism resources, with certain social and cultural common, with the obvious regional tourism cooperation and resource advantages, entering the new century. With the shift of the world tourism center to the Asia-Pacific region, Yunnan and Laos are based on the current situation of tourism development in their own countries, respectively proposed to further open to the outside world. Strengthen the regional tourism joint to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional tourism products development strategy. GMS and China-ASEAN Free Trade area cooperation process deepening. Yunnan and Laos regional tourism cooperation provides a good platform and opportunities. If the two countries based on their own resource advantages, focusing on the world tourism development trend, to establish "big tourism, great convergence, big industry." With the concept of great development, the tourism cooperation between the two countries will have great potential. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the international and regional background, significance, research content, research framework, research methods and so on. The second chapter is the theory of this paper. This paper discusses the development of regional tourism cooperation, achievements and theoretical basis to support this study. Chapter three, chapter four is the empirical part of the paper. Chapter three first discusses the geographical location, topography and landform of Yunnan and Laos. The climatic characteristics, the basic pattern of tourism resources, the basic characteristics of primary tourism resources (tourist resources with strong attraction to international tourists), the differences and complementarities of tourism resources between the two places are analyzed in detail. Then it introduces the present situation of tourism development in Yunnan and Laos, the traffic pattern and the development trend in the future. The characteristics of regional structure and behavior of inbound tourists in the two places are compared. Finally, the current situation and problems of tourism cooperation between the two places are discussed. Chapter 4th discusses the regional tourism cooperation between Yunnan and Laos based on the theory of regional tourism cooperation power system based on the third chapter. Power system. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the tourism cooperation between Yunnan and Laos, and points out that Yunnan and Laos have a good foundation of tourism cooperation, full of motive force and broad prospects. Chapter 5th, synthesizing the above analysis, discusses Yunnan. We should follow the principle of gradual opening and orderly cooperation, and establish a comprehensive cooperation mechanism that integrates the participation of multiple subjects, the exchange of visits by multiple agents, and a strong security system. And relevant cooperation countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Chapter 6th summarizes and prospects the full text.
